christmas eve

jack was hanging out with the guys again today. they were at this drive in getting ready for the movie to start, 'the grinch' that is. they had snacks set out along with blankets and pillows.

"did you get it?" jack asked and zach shook his head "get what?" the brown eyed boys smile turned into a slight frown "the twizzlers...i really wanted some" zach then gasped and shuffled around before pulling out the red packaging right when the movie started "of course i did" he smiled and jack clapped as he started to eat the candy.

the movie eventually ended and jack had fallen asleep along with corbyn.

"bubby" zach whispered as he lightly shook the boy earning a few hums as he fluttered his eyes open. "is it over?" he asked in a raspy voice, making zach smile a bit as he pushed the boys hair out of his eyes. "yeah...we're leaving now. come on let's get back in the car" he stood up pulling jack up as well as they got in the car and headed home.

zach pulled into the curly boys driveway and parked as he walked around the car letting the boy out. jack wrapped his arms around the brunette pulling him in for a hug as they rocked back and forth.

"i'll see you tomorrow, okay?" zach held him closer "yeah okay...bye" he leaned up and pressed a kiss to the boys cheek before walking inside his home and waving bye. he then spoke to his mom before getting in the shower.

once he got out he made sure the gift was perfect. he smiled once he finished looking at it, praying zach was going to love it...

he then laid down and fell asleep excited for the next day.

christmas day

"jack jack jack santa came!!" his little sister woke him up by jumping on the bed. "really? well come on let's go downstairs" he smiled seeing her genuinely happy.

they ran downstairs and sat in the living room with the rest of the family as they started opening presents.

everything was perfect that morning and jack couldn't be more grateful.

he then ate some breakfast with his siblings and parents before going back upstairs to change and go to zachs.

"i'll see you later, love you guys!" he smiled and walked out of the home.

he had the gift in a paper bag taped closed when he walked inside the herron house hold.

"jack hi!" reese smiled hugging the boy "hey jack" ryan nodded "have you eaten? we made breakfast" myta asked and jack nodded "i have already thank you though"

he sat the bag down next to the previously opened gifts before he sat next to ryan where he started conversation.

zach came back down and walked behind the couch where he covered the boys eyes with his hands "guess who" he spoke and jack perked up "santa?" he giggled "of course" he laughed

that day was full of happiness and laughs.

later on the herrons all left going to their grandparents leaving zach and jack alone. "tell granny i'll see her tomorrow please" he hugged his mom bye and she nodded before leaving.

"so when are the guys coming?" jack asked right before the door opened "i guess right now" zach laughed going to hug each of them.

they all had gifts in their hands, setting them u set the tree. zach went back upstairs grabbing his very small one before sitting it under the tree as well.
