Derek practically moved into Stiles house in the last few months, he found it rather boring while Stiles was at school and since they where doing their final exams Derek was often alone, So when the doorbell went, Derek answered it faster then the normal speed would be said "oh... I must have got the wrong place" the boy said that was stood there, Derek scowled at him "I'm sure this was the right place

"What are you looking for" Derek said folding his arms, as bored as he was he didn't like the look of this guy he smelt weird

"I'm looking for my Alpha, his name... Stiles, Stiles Silinski" the boy announced and Derek just narrowed his eyes at the boy "Well he's not exactly my Alpha but he is, Claudia was Alpha and he is her son so that would technically make him my Alpha right?"

"He's not here, you came to the wrong place" Derek went to shut the door but a hand blocked him

"No I'm not, I'm not in the wrong place at all, and I really don't appreciate people lying to me" he said glaring back at Derek

Derek let out a growl "get lost before I make you" the boy stumbled back the moment Derek's eyes glowed a red "I don't appreciate Strays on my territory"

He frowned "you don't scare me, just surprised me, I'll be back to find Stiles so don't count on me going far" with that the boy turned and walked away and Derek watched until he was out of sight

Derek swung the door shut, going up to Stiles room and grabbing his phone to text his mother mum how sure are you everyone in Stiles mother pack died

Derek didn't have to wait long for his mother to reply 100% I found them all except one, I wouldn't really call that boy a member of Claudia's pack since the last time I saw them, why?

Derek read the message with a frown I'll tell you more when I figure out what's going on Derek slid his phone into his pocket then looked at the time before heading out to go pick Stiles up, once he was outside the school waiting for Stiles he stood out of the car glaring at the figure of the boy he saw earlier in the trees

The boy had gone by the time the bell went but Derek was stood glaring when the pack came outside "Der?" Stiles questioned making his way down the stairs to see his mate "Derek" Derek jumped from his staring as Stiles touched him "woah big guy are you alright?"

"Y... yeah I'm fine, we should go" Derek glanced back at the woods before ushering Stiles into his car, Stiles looked at Derek confused but got in the car anyways, he could feel how anxious Derek was "everyone meet at Stiles" Derek said to the questioning stares of the pack before getting in the car and driving off

"Der what's wrong, I know you're really anxious" Stiles said as they got inside the house, Derek was almost pacing, a frown on his face "Derek Hale" Derek froze and looked at Stiles for the first time getting inside the house "tell me what has gotten you so worked up"

Derek sighed "I'll explain when the pack is here, but it's apparently something to do with your mother" Stiles frowned in confusion "I don't know Stiles I just don't have a good feeling about this" Stiles pulls Derek into a hug and holds the older man, Derek let out a sigh wrapping his arms tightly around Stiles "Sti, I love you"

Stiles tensed up a bit soon relaxing and looking up at Derek, a smile spreading on his lips realising how much Derek meant it "I love you to Der" he leaned up and gave Derek a kiss

The pack comes in just as they break the kiss looking towards the door "so what's going on?" Lydia asks folding her arms "I had plans you know"

Derek rolled his eyes and gestured everyone to the couch in the sitting room "a guy around your ages showed up today" Derek started "I asked my mother about it because I wasn't to sure, I don't know his name but he's looking for Stiles, he's a wolf he said he came from your mothers pack Stiles and that you are his Alpha but I just didn't feel right meeting him, when I came to pick you up he was in the treeline watching least until you guys came out of school"

Stiles slid his hand into Derek's and gave it a squeeze "it's ok Der, mum never told anyone where I was, they hardly knew I excisted the only time they saw me was when I was 2 and I wouldn't trust him either, we should probably contact Chris he might be able to find out more information on who this person is"

Derek nodded "I can ask Allison to call her dad here, apparently her dad has told her about werewolves now and is training her to protect herself" Scott said

Stiles nodded to Scott and just squeezed Derek's hand tighter, the older male was nervous, Derek squeezed Stiles hand back and pulled the smaller boy into his lap as he sat down on the empty seat on the couch next to Erica and Boyd "not here though, he's going to get caught if he keeps coming here, Maybe the over hang in the preserve" Stiles suggested

Scott nodded and sent the text, the pack put a movie on while Stiles got up and started the food "are you sure it's safe to meet outside, he could have more watching us'

Stiles gave Derek a reassuring smile "I'm sure, Chris is an ally and I don't want to put him at risk when he lives with them, Der we are two Alpha wolves with a strong pack that have trained every day while you where away, you seen how well they improved these past months it will be ok, we can right a battle and we won't let them hurt us I promise"

Derek watched his mate talk proudly of their pack, a smile crossing his lips before he leaned down and kissed stiles short but sweetly "alright but I'm sticking by your side
