Chapter 7- the kid

"Seokjin?"

I blink a few times and now see y/n standing behind the short person. "You have a kid?" I didn't mean for that to be the first thing that comes out of my mouth but it is. She laughs and grabs the girls shoulders "Um yeah, this is Luna, Luna this is our weird neighbor seokjin"

The girl smiles and looks up at her mom "Oh he's the one" I look between the two and then settle on y/n "Youve been talking about me?" I ask, this Luna laughs and heads back into the house. Y/n smiles after her and then Looks back at me

"Not really, just about how your a little crazy and out there. If anything it's more of a warning"

"Ha ha" I tease and she laughs "How come you never told me you had a kid?" She shrugs and walks back into her apartment leaving the door open for me to follow. I do, I don't want to cause I'm crushed right now that this little minx has a child! How was I suppose to win her over now? I hated kids. Wanted nothing to do with them.

"You hungry?"

I get a whiff of the food she is making and my stomach instantly growls, I shut her front door and quickly head into her kitchen. I can see the kid sitting in the living room now hooking up her game, makes sense now. Although I liked the idea of y/n playing games better.

"That smells heavenly, I'll take two plates"

She laughs and loads a plate up for me as I glance back at the kid, to my surprise she's playing my favorite game at the moment. "So how come you didn't mention you had a child" Y/n sets the plate down in front of me and shrugs "I don't know, it never came up. Why? Is this going to ruin our beautiful friendship Mr. Kim?"

Her teasing smile makes my insides awaken but I still can't help but feel crushed. I knew this crazy woman was too good to be true, not that I liked her or anything but I did want to sleep with her. I frown as I stuff my face "No I guess not" she chuckles and starts to clean up her kitchen, I sit at the bar like area and watch her ass as I eat this delicious food.

A kid! Why! Why must she have a child and ruin this fun little thing we had going.

"You look too young to have a kid, plus how on earth do you have an ass like that not to mention that snatched waist and delicious curves for days to have a kid!"

She blushes, genuinely blushes and I find myself smugly grinning again. I haven't made her blush like this yet...I liked it.

She turns away, I can tell she's trying to compose herself. I watch closely as she tucks her hair behind her ear and nibbles at her lower lip, damn she looked sexy for it being so early. She takes a deep breath and then turns back towards me.

"Thanks I guess" she chuckles, that blush still faintly on her cheeks, cute. "It helps that I had her when I was way too young, so I've had time to get back in shape I guess. Even though I'm not in shape, I could definitely lose a few pounds"

I shake my head instantly and she raises her brow "Don't lose anything, I love your body, curves on a woman are so sexy" again she blushes, hard. I'm about to tease her when she throws a dish towel at my face, it's sudden and makes me almost fall off the stool I was sitting on. I can hear her laughing as I catch myself.

"Enough of the sweet talking, still not happening. Now eat up I'm going to go freshen up, and don't try anything she'll kill you"

I glance over to the kid and frown again "Don't worry, I'll behave" she rolls her eyes and disappears down the hall. I finish up my food before making my way into the living room, I sit as far as I can from the kid and watch her play. She's actually really good but I still didn't like her.

"Do you wanna play or are you going to keep mumbling to yourself?"

I glance over at the girl and glare, she shakes her head and continues playing another match. "So you have the hots for my mom?" I choke on air at her sudden outburst, she gives me a weird look and then continues with her game. "It was just a question, it's not like you have a chance with her anyways"

"Excuse me"

She laughs a little, was this kid trying to get a beat down? Wait I couldn't beat up a kid. I wanted to But it was wrong right? Still she needed to be put on time out or something.

"Do you not see this face? Do you not see how handsome I am? And I'll have you know we've been on four dates so far"

She laughs and then I hear another laugh, I look back and see y/n coming back into the room "Those weren't dates" I frown again as y/n sets down next to her kid, she picks up a controller and the kid sets her up. I blink again and watch as the two play my favorite game, I felt like I was in the twilight zone.

"Did you offer the strange man to play?"

Y/n says smiling over at me quickly before her eyes go back to the screen "Yeah but he just gave me a look" y/n laughs and I give this kid a look again "He probably doesn't know how anyways"

"Yah!"

I shout getting both of their attention now, y/n has this cute amused face as Luna just looks bored with me. "Give me a controller I'll show both of you just how good I am! I just so happen to be the champ at this game"

Luna laughs as she exits the match they were in and gets me set up. This little brat was about to go down.
