Megan was crying softly to herself, having to face another sexual assault from her job, as she sat in the alleyway alone as rain began to soak her clothing. She was too scared to go home or even to her parents house, sniffling as hugged her knees to her chest.
"Why me. . ? I'm always the one they always want to do their sexual SHIT with! Why me. . . ? I just wish they would all leave me alone. . ! I'm a lesbian . . I want the men to s-stop. . . " Megan softly cried to herself, setting her forehead on her knees as she sniffled, not hearing the faint footsteps approaching her.
"Pardon me, Miss? . . Are you alright. . ?" Megan soon looked up as the rain suddenly stopped soaking her, seeing a short woman with brown curly hair but had a streak or two of gray hair, wearing red glasses and a red scarf but rather looked a bit young. Megan wiped her tears away as she was a bit surprised by the question.
"Oh um . .I-I am. . Yes, Th-Thank you for asking. . . " Megan slowly stood up, nearly towering the woman. "But why did you want to know . . . ?" Megan whimpered but the woman smiled softly as she held the umbrella above both of them the best she could.
"Because you were getting all wet and I didn't want you to end up with a nasty cold. You remind me so much of my first daughter, wanting to be alone instead of having her family help her. She is better though, at least." The woman soon coughed a bit as she covered her mouth a bit, Megan sighing softly as she began regretting her decision and it soon came harder when a stranger make her think straight of what she did wrong.
"W-Well thank you Miss. I should call my mom and go home. . ." Megan pulled out her phone as the woman giggled weakly.
"You don't have to be so Formal. My name is Amy Barker. I think I may know your mom though it's been a while." Amy smiled as Megan stared at her for a bit, Megan growing a bit confused. "A while?" Megan raised an eyebrow, knowing how sweet and friendly her mother was to nearly everyone until she noticed something like a black substance, slowly moving around Amy's top neck area. Amy smiling nervously as if embarrassed.
"Well yes. I've sadly been losing some memory lately But I'm sure I've met your mother a couple times. . Just where was it where I met her?? Maybe in a Library? No. . . I think in a restaurant?? No maybe not. . ." Amy held her forehead with the palm of her hand as she tried to think, her sleeve rolling down to reveal more black like substance moving under her skin, making Megan gasped in shock as she covered her mouth and dropped her phone to the ground.
Amy looked down and noticed the phone, slowly kneeled down to pick it up then handed Megan back the phone. "I believe you dropped this. . " Amy gave Megan a soft smile as Megan whimpered again, Amy pulling up her scarf and her sleeves rolled down on its own.
"I should. . Go home, I know my way. Uh, P-Please take care of yourself. . Uh Amy." Megan muttered softly, Amy smiling a bit as she held her umbrella towards her, offering the umbrella to Megan but Megan kindly refused.
"Alright. You take care as well. . ." Amy smiled as she soon walked down the sidewalk as street lights were demming her way home softly, Megan watching until she opened her wings and flew her way home.
"I have to tell daddy about this. . Maybe he knows about that stuff. . It looked like what he has. . ." Megan thought to herself as she whimpered.
