Here are some stories from an AU me and my GF created together. Enjoy.

--------

Selene was running through tall grass fields, panting heavily as she had tears in her eyes, the snow was falling down softly but didn't help but slow her down from what was chasing her. A black wolf with red glowing eyes was behind her but wasn't as close as she thought it was, her noticing and coming to a slow stop once she left the tall grass fields, facing where she ran as she grew confused. She tilted her head and gasped as she heard rustling from the fields, about to make a run for it until she heard a weak cry, making her stop dead in her tracks as she turned her head to the direction she ran from again.

The wolf soon came out of the tall grass, Selene gasping as she noticed the horrible wound that was across the wolf's chest, its blood staining the snow beneath it as blood was coming from its jaw as well and its teeth far from dry from the much brighter blood Selene knew wasn't the wolfs. She was frozen in terror, she knew what the wolf did to her town and how it ruined her life, making her not think as she reached down from her dress and pulled out her father's dagger. Her hands were shaking, the wolf looking up at her with something she was surprised to see as she gasped softly. She saw a soul in its eyes, the soul that had the will to live but it was fading away as the wolf fell on its side, panting as the frost bites from the snow touched the fresh wound. Selene nearly dropped the dagger as she teared up, trying to think of what to do until she heard a soft whine and quick rustling approaching them, making Selene panic and grip onto her dagger.

Soon a small grey wolf came from the field, as if it was following the much bigger wolf and soon started to whine as she saw what had happened to her friend, Selene feeling guilt overwhelming her as she saw the much smaller wolf trying to get her friend back up. The smaller wolf was tugging onto her friend's ear, trying to wake it up as Selene only watched in guilt, making her soon look around in a panicked state.

The snow was falling down more and more, not giving Selene much time to think of what to do. Should she run or find help? She should be running since the one who killed her parents is dying and is too weak to chase her anymore, but then again, her mother was a horrible witch who abused her as her father was only worse by trying to rape his own daughter multiple times, only to lie and make her mothers abuse like burning hell. The wolf did her a favor, even killing the townspeople to where they were going to hang her from their discovery of what she truly was. To them, she was a threat, when she really had never hurt a single soul and was the kindest of her town. She suddenly knew what she had to do.

The Demon groaned as he was regaining consciousness, his vision staring at what looked like the ceiling of a cottage, soon wincing and groaning in pain as he felt a shock of pain from his chest. He slowly looked down but was surprised to see bandages covering his chest, his hand hovering above it as he noticed some of his blood had stain bits of it, but he stood looked to the side but only to be surprised more.

He was in a small cabin, a small table that held a basket full of bread and noticed a fireplace where a warm fire was sitting, sighing in relief as he saw Mimi in her wolf form sitting in front of the fire, asleep. The demon slowly sat up, groaning softly in pain as he noticed he was on a bed, something he hadn't been in for years. He soon heard footsteps and tensed up, only to freeze as he saw a small woman walk in the room, holding fresh bandages. He soon heard her gasp softly as she noticed him awake, him staring for a bit until he cleared his throat and spoke up.

"You. . Helped me?" He muttered as he looked confused and lost. The small woman paused but soon slowly nodded as she looked down.

"Even though you killed my parents. . . And those I lived my whole life to call my neighbors. . . You were hurt, and I couldn't just leave you and your daughter there in the cold. .  alone." The woman's expression saddened as she hugged herself. The demon only paused for a moment, soft crackling being heard as they both remained silent, all until the Demon bursted into laughter as this frightened Selene.
