"So, ready to discover Cuba?" Asked the oldest of the McClain children to the young Morgan.
"Of course." She replied with a smile. "Even if I'm sure you'll be too lazy to show me around." She pointed out with a laugh, to which the elder answered in rolling his eyes, with a slight smile.
The matriarch McClain clapped in her hands, - a habit of her when she has something to say - to demand everyone's attention.
"Okay listen to me. We're going to start heading to the file to get on the plane so make sure you haven't forgotten anything in your seats."
The children, teenagers, and young adults present obeyed Isabel's orders without protest, accustomed to their mother giving them instructions.
Once at the end of the queue, i.e. in front of the airlock that separated the aircraft from the airport, the whole family entered the aircraft greeted by the personnel of the craft and left to sit in the seats assigned to them.
The journey was relatively quiet. The children had spent half of the time sleeping and having fun with each other, the teenagers watching whatever was playing on the screen in front of them while the adults were chatting or simply sleeping. Rosalie and Lance had been placed next to the window. If the brunette had hoped to enjoy the company of his best friend, his big brother, Luis, who was also on the window side, but between them had refused to exchange places with his younger brother, not seeing why his brother insisted on exchanging places.
To top it off, he had made conversation with the brunette sitting next to him during ALL the trip, not leaving the young Cuban a chance to chat with Rosalie. It had annoyed him, but once he got off the plane, he didn't show it, remembering that he had a whole month to have fun with his best friend.
"Now it's you and your luck." Thought the young man, grabbing one of his suitcases, to go to his family waiting for him sitting on the benches, ready to finally leave the airport, towards the McClain house.
