𝘼 𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙄 𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨.
I walk outside the busiest street of Baguio,
the cold wind welcoming me with a tight hug.
As I look around, everyone was wearing their happy faces.-- the children running around like untied puppies, the tita's and tito's taking photos, the buildings full of colour-- flower parols all over.
Fun. One word to describe it. I smile, but everytime the wind blows I can feel it etched inside my bones.Emptiness. Everything around me looks happy; laughters, giggles, just plain happiness indeed. My smile turned into a sad one, as I remember how warm it is when your hand intertwines with mine. How I wish you could spend this time with me. And that we could be happy like everyone else in this place.
