Both Teams TEA(Y/I) and Team RWBY are surrounded in the middle of the pavilion by Beowolves, Ursai, and a massive King Taijitu.
The King Taijitu unleashes a mighty roar, signaling the Grimm to attack. Leaping into the fray you swung a your three sectioned staff out releasing a light of aura that shoots out and wraps around a Beowolf, you then spun and with all your might sent the Grimm crashing into a group of creeps that rushed towards you.

Yang: Watch your back!

Before you could even react there was a Ursa looming over you but before it could even try to attack, Yang had already launched herself at it delivering a devastating punch.

Yang: (smiling) Jeez how many times can I save your butt?

You: (grins) How about every time.

The two of you then stood back to back as more Grimm began to swarm you.

Yang: Think we're a little out numbered.

You: Yeah but they're outmatched, quick grab my staff.

Yang: (laugh) Shouldn't you buy me dinner first?

You: Not the time Yang!

Yang grabs on to the end of your staff as you swung her around the hoard of Grimm, she fires shots from her ember celica killing the smaller Grimm while knocking away the larger ones that ended up being killed by Akio and Weiss pulling off a surprising well executed combo. Elli and Ruby both stood farther back taking out the flying Grimm with their snipers while Ty protected them. Although the Grimm were being dealt with rather easily their numbers barely decreased.

You: There's no end to this.

Akio: (axe kicking Grimm) Getting tired? I can keep this up all day.

You: Oh really then what's your kill count at? (Kills another Grimm) Never mind don't tell me, I'm winning.

As you finished off another Grimm you cane face to face with a king taijitu, you prepared yourself to take it on when you noticed something flying in. It was Nora flying on her Magnhild towards the King Taijitu, slamming it on the head and killing the beast.

Nora: Nora Smash!

Jaune, Pyrrha and Ren soon follow.

Pyrrha: Let's move!

As Jaune sighs, the others charge in. Nora bats a Creep away while Ren strikes two more. He moves on to slash at a Beowolf.

Jaune: Okay, who's first?

Jaune turns around to notice a giant Ursa standing behind him. Pyrrha is fighting several Grimm nearby. Impaling a Beowolf, and then a Creep before seeing the Ursa advance on Jaune. Behind him Weiss and Blake are fighting more Grimm.

Jaune: Oh-oh-okay, you're first, huh? Okay, no, that's fine. Totally fine, done this before, done this before...

With a mighty scream, Jaune slashes the Ursa several times before it falls. Pyrrha smiles, as she notices his improvement.

You: Guess the training is paying off.

Pyrrha: That it is, sorry we're late by the way.

You: Heh don't sweat it, just glad for the assist.

A few feet from the fallen Ursa, Sun and Neptune arrive, flashing their badges.

Sun: Nobody move! Junior detectives!

Neptune: We have badges so you know it's official!

A fleet coming from the Atlesian Military, consisting of dropships deploying Atlesian Knight-200 units and the flagship of Ironwood. The surrounding Grimm are gunned down by a dropship's machine gun. As the robotic Knights deploy, they start gunning down even more Grimm.
