THIRD PERSON POV

(cont from last chap)

"Give me your phone right now!" Suho yelped in anger.

"Honey, I told you not to be harsh, right?" Chorong held his left hand.

"Star, I said now! Unlock your phone!" still yelling, Suho ignored Chorong. Star took out her phone, handed it to Suho after unlocking it. Suho took it and checked Star's phone.

"You got so many romance movie on your Netflix's collection, huh? And.. oh my God! Why are you keeping so many guys' numbers in your phone?! Tch, look at these sweet talkers. Are you dating one of them? Or.. maybe Jason?"

"Daddy! Why are you reading my texts? They're my friends! Jason oppa already has a girlfriend!" Star yelled. This is too much, he can't just intrude her privacy like that. Who's she been texting with is none of his business. Well, those are her friends. Nothing more.

"Honey, she's 14. There's no need for you to check her texts with guys. It's normal for teenagers. And.. it's not wrong for her to date. Star knows how to handle herself"

"By keeping the numbers of every good-looking guys in your school, Star Kim Chomyeon? Tell me about this, huh?"

"Daddy, uh. They asked for my number.." Star replied slowly. Suho can only curse in anger. He's losing his mercy about this kind of thing.

"Your card and laptop. Give them to me"

"Daddy, no!" Star was completely shocked. Her card and laptop? It's not like she streams Netflix on those items. Plus, who stream Netflix on a credit card?

"Dash, give it to me"

"Okay, daddy" Dash sighed as he gave Suho Star's credit card and laptop. Star bit her lower lip, boiling with anger. She stood up and walked to her room. "I hate you, daddy!" she slammed her door, hard. Lily's small fingers caught Suho's. Suho sighed as he looked at the little Lily. He sat on the couch. When he was about to look at Chorong, his wife stood up.

"Love?"

"Later, honey. I'm checking on Star"

Knock! Knock!

"Star?" Chorong opened the door and found her daughter, crying. She bit her lower lip, feeling guilty. She doesn't like to see her daughter cry. Well, yeah. Suho and Star never had a good father and daughter relationship. She entered the room and closed the door. She sat on Star's bed, hugging her daughter. Star cried on her mummy's shoulder. Chorong pat her back. "Hey, there's no need to cry. Daddy didn't mean to raise his voice at you" Chorong coaxed her daughter. Star wiped her tears and looked at Chorong. She pouted. Ah, this is what happened when a daughter isn't having a good relationship with the father.

"Daddy doesn't love me. I'm a burden, until now. He had never love me though I'm his first daughter. I mean.. I know it's not good to be so close with boys, but.. they sometimes bring laughter to me. I'm  close with seniors because I'm part of the top tiers in school. I hate daddy for not trying to understand his own daughter"

"Hey, don't say like that. Daddy was over-reacting because you suddenly became curious on what we're doing. He doesn't really like it when others found out" Chorong coaxed her daughter, telling the truth. Star looked at her mummy, wearing that expressionless mask.

"Really?  I'm sorry. But.. is it really steamy like what Dash said?" Star gave a grin, looking at Chorong. Her mummy's face was all red. She chuckled, waiting for her mummy's  answer.

"Erm, yeah? But, it's a normal thing for me and your daddy" Chorong said, casually. Star nodded, didn't bother to ask anymore because she doesn't want to repeat the same mistake.
