chapter 17, terrified

i fell down in alessio's arms and i tried getting up like i was okay, he slowly put me down and started running after them he was running so fast, i heard more gun shots and i waited there in a alley there was no one around and i couldn't move i tried getting up once more but it hurt so bad, i could tell i was starting to bleed out but i was embarrassed cause it was just a little gun shot in the arm but blood was gushing out. i started screaming help but there was no one where was he and then i thought about the other gun shots i heard and i started screaming and crying there was no way he couldn't be dead or hurt not because of me please, i had to get up i had to do something there is no way i'm just going to sit here and wait if he is dying so i slowly got up and leaned on stuff and i kind of walked and i finally got out so people noticed me and came to help but i screamed no i need to find him so i kept walking holding my arm and i went to another alley and there he was the guy that killed my parents, he was punching on alessio and i screamed hey and he stopped and turned around and alessio screamed "no emma" i started walking towards him with anger in my eyes and he came at me so with all my strength i kicked him in his dick and punched him in the head and he was on the ground for a second but then he took my leg and i fell and he started choking me and i was pushing him off and finally alessio pushed him off and that's when i saw it, the gun and i ran over and picked it up and told alessio to move and he was in shock and the guy stood there and kept telling me i wouldn't do it and that's when the gun went off and he fell to the ground.
