Chapter 38: Mine (Hallie)

The next morning I get ready for school and text him. I walk downstairs, thinking about last night. I get all smiley and grab an apple and go and grab Alex. He hops in the car and we kiss. We head to school and when I park, I notice how nervous he is. I let him know everything is gonna be okay. We head inside and start our day. 

Lunch roles around and we all sit together. I talk about how he asked me for Prom. All of a sudden one of the girls asks Alex why he moved here. I squeeze his thigh that it's okay. She teases calling him hot. I start to get jealous again. I breath out a relief when the lunch bell rings. We go back to class.

I get Alex and take him home at the end of the day. I stay at his place to help with his homework. I see him dump his bag out and notice a note. I pick it up and read it.

'Hey cutie. You should call me. I'll treat you better than she can. You need a real woman ;) ***-***-****' 

I growl and I feel my face turn read. I push him against the wall and grab his face. I kiss him hard. I pull at his shirt as I bite his lip. I hear him moan and then he pushes me onto the bed. He kisses down my neck then stops. I look at him.

"Why the hell did you stop?!"

"Tell me why you're mad!" I groan and show him the note. He starts to laugh, "awww my baby is a jealous bean," he ruffles my hair. I start to blush a lot and getting a little embarrassed but get upset and push him away.

"NO! WHY THE HELL DID YOU HAVE THAT NOTE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME ABOUT IT??!!" I start to get angry and get up and start to pace the room. He looks confused.

"I didn't think much of it. I didn't understand why she was doing it..."

"Doing what?"

"Flirting with me" I start to laugh and looks at my confused again. "Why the fuck are you laughing?"

"Because you're confused why she was flirting with you. You're fucking perfect and amazing," I kiss you deeply and passionately, "I love you."
