Can I hit myself to pulp ?

A relative ? Seriously ?
I learned something about myself into that crucial situation that I am the most selfish person who can push anyone into pit to save himself.

When did i become such personality which I hate the most ?

A family saves you from the disasters but my family, they always put me into disasters.

People get threats for their family, i get threats from my own family.

Si wang knows how to push my buttons, she knows my sister will kill me if I don't follow her plan of spreading rumours about me and si wang being together just for our upcoming project, just to make me stay into limelight.

I can't even blame because I wanted to become part of this industry, she helped get through it, to reach at this stardom and now I am paying price for this very dearly.

But, isn't this what I wanted ? To reach at the top then, why does it hurt to be at the top ?

Irony of life is, I cannot stay away from stardom as it became a necessity of my life, although it's the only thing stopping me from my real happiness.

Someone waved their hand in front of me, halted my chain of thoughts.

" Yeah ?" I asked again while grabbing another glass of drink from the waiter passing by us, put the empty glass replacing it with filled one.

" Stop Drinking..." Si wang said sickly sweet while clinging on my right arm from the moment we entered inside the venue.

I wanted to pour all my drink on her stupid head but I restrained myself with tight lipped smile.

" You sure look like a power couple.." the person in front of us complimented while looking at us with awe.

" Oh dear ! We are just friends..." with that she laughed a little while put her right palm on my heart hugging me from side.

Yeah ! You sure behaving like we are just friends.

I wanted to say those words on her face but I kept my poker face on.

" Isn't that all couples from industry say until official announcement is made of their engagement ? Oh my God ! I can't wait for you both-" before that person can finish the sentence, I intervened.

" Will you please excuse us ?" I asked with fake smile and finally we were alone.

" Listen ! Stop clinging to me, I don't like it and I have enough for tonight." I stated that with straight face, for her see that I am serious.

" Do you want me to inform your sister about this mysterious girl with whom you are roaming around ?" She threatened while still smiling for others to see that we are having loving discussion.

I gulped all the alcohol from my glass and grabbed new one again, I have lost count of how many glasses I finished already.

" Stop threating me, we had this discussion just out there that you won't drag her into this. Didn't i tell you that she is just mere a relative ?" I whisper yelled that while trying to calm my raging mind.

" And as I said out, do you really want me to believe that fake story ? Oh and if really she is your relative then, your sister will be delighted to know about this newfound member of your family." She spat those words with evilness sparkling into her eyes.

" My sister....sister....sister- ... you know what ?" I gritted my teeth.

" just call her and say it..." i whispered that in a low voice with my eyes glaring hard.

She looked at me with horrified look but covered it with smirk or may I say trying to smirk.

" At the end of the day, she is my sister and she will be my sister. You ? You are nothing to her so if you really have mind then think, whose side will she choose if she has to ?" I asked with tilted head staring straight at her with angry eyes but lips in a upward curve.

Her mouth keep opening and closing like a fish, none words came out.

" I said nothing because it's your birthday but a person like you deserves nothing so stay away from me or else I wouldn't care if I have to stoop low because a person has some limits to bare anything and i ? I have had enough from you..... oh and Happy birthday once again.." I wished her while gulped all the alcohol once again, wow I am sure having lot of alcohol tonight.

Without looking back, I started walking aimlessly only to find one specific person.

I stumbled in my steps because of high alcohol in my system, someone grabbed me from shoulder and put me on my foot.

" Thanks.." I started walking ahead with that but that person stopped me so I turned back.

" Hey man ! It's been so long yeah.." I spoke but should I say alcohol is speaking right now ?

" You should be careful in your steps.." He adviced but I laughed with shaking of my head.

" Let me guess ! It's not about me being drunk, is it ?" I asked with sarcasm lacing voice while pointing my finger at him.

" She is at balcony, grab a coat or something to cover her because she is cold." He informed me while grabbed my finger and lower it down.

" Wow ! Why am I feeling jealous rather than being thankful for giving me that information ?" I scoffed while I looked straight into his eyes.

" You should be ! When I said to be careful wasn't an advice but an ultimatum, once you mess up and she will be disappeared." He patted my shoulder at that with smirk.

" My heart tingles whenever i see her, I hope it's enough for you to know what I am trying to say..." He gave me smile which says ' I am not your enemy but ain't your friend'.

" Thank god we both aren't on the same boat..." i scowled at him and with one last glare I started walking in the direction where my heart want to go.

After several attempts of not falling down, I finally reached to my destination.
