Chapter 6

Maria's POV

'What the hell is going on!' I yelled into a dark room. 'Don't worry Maria your safe. Your not going anywhere my little pet.' A deep voice said. When I looked down I was only wearing a white shirts and I was shackled to the wall. 'What do you want with me?' I yelled out into the black room. 'I want you Maria.' A door opened and man was standing in the doorway. 'James!?' 'Yeah it's me baby.' He comes closer to me. 'James stop!' He still came closer. 'James! James! James!'

I shot up in the bed. I didn't wake Jack or Jeremy with my nightmare. 'Ok Maria it was just a dream just go back to bed'. I laid back down and snuggled up to Jack. I fell back asleep.

Jack Johnson's POV

It's eight thirty in the morning. I was up getting ready to go and pick up Nash and Cameron from the airport. I don't know if Jack and Maria are up yet but I'm doing them a favor picking the guys up. I just tossed on a shirt, pants, and a beanie and walked out to my car.

I drove the hour drive all the way to the airport and by the time I got parked and inside it was ten fifteen. I walked all the way to their gate and I looked around for them. I couldn't find them so I sat down in a chair. Then I felt my beanie get taken off my head, "Zayumm... Boy you need to wash your hair. Didn't yo mama tell you to shower everyday?" I stood up and turned around.

A wonderfully hilarious Nash Grier and Cameron Dallas was in my midst. "Alright Cam give me my beanie back and you two have to fight over shotgun." He gave it back to me. "So should we go get your stuff"-I looked down for a minute- "which you guys already have." I said noticing their huge tour suitcases next to the chairs. "Yeah man our flight got a few minutes early so we decided to get our stuff. Now let's go to Jack's house, I'm tired man."

We walked out the car and within ten feet of being there Cameron took off into a full blown sprint with his huge suitcase. So Nash ended up sitting in the back of the car. "Hey guys there is something you should know." I spoke up and said. "Yeah what's up Jack?" Nash said.

"Jack is dating a girl. Her name is Maria. She has a little baby, his name is Jeremy. Maria was rapped by her step-brother, James, and she believes he is out to get her. To sum that up be quite while Jeremy is napping and you guys are going to like body guards to Maria." They both nodded their heads in agreement to what I just said.

About a half hour later I pulled into the driveway of Jack's house. "Alright guys we're here." The three of us got out of the car and unloaded the suitcases. We walked in the house, "Hey guys what's up?" Jack said walking up to us. "Oh nothing much just tired from the trip." Nash said. "Well come on in. I'll take your stuff to your room then you guys can meet Maria and Jeremy."

Jack's POV

Maria was snuggled into me, a little to close to be exact. She must've had another nightmare. I fell back asleep for another couple of hours when Jeremy started to cry. Maria must've heard him to because she was up and alert. "I'm going to change his diaper and make breakfast ok?" She said to me. I thought for a quick moment, "I'll make breakfast this morning. You just get Jeremy ready and yourself." I gave her a kiss and I went into the bathroom.

I combed out my hair and I put on a clean shirt. When I got out of the bathroom Maria was nursing Jeremy. I walked out to the living room and into the kitchen. I pulled out the toaster and a pan. I started to cook some bacon and I put some chocolate chip waffles in the toaster.

"Mmmm... What smells so good?" Maria said as she came into the kitchen with Jeremy in one arm and a bouncy seat in the other. "Well I'm making some chocolate chip waffles and bacon. Can you get the syrup out of the fridge for me?" She sat down the bouncy seat on the island then she buckled Jeremy in there. She went into the fridge and grabbed the syrup, butter, and orange juice. "Anything else do you think we need?" I just nodded my head no.
