Mistakes~ Matthew Daddario

"Lydia! Dom has told me so much about you. It's so great to finally meet you."
Katherine says hugging me.
"I could say the same about you. Ever since the first season, Dom talks about you guys so much."
I laugh and she giggles. While kat goes of to talk to em, Harry walks up to me. "Nice to meet you, Lydia."
He smiles and I smile back.
"Nice to meet you to. I admire your work. I've seen both Glee and Shadowhunters. And I'm totally shipping Malec."
"Well, that's funny. Because after spending all day with Matt, I'm pretty sure Madyia will take over."
He grins and i raise my eyebrows. "Come again?"
I say shocked.
"Let's just say...Matt's is an amazing guy. And he deserves an amazing girl. Which by the sound of it, you are.  And he seems pretty smitten."
"Me and Matt? No, we only met yesterday. Plus he's way out of my league so..."
"You guys ready?"
Matt says walking over to us. Harry looks me straight in the eyes with a huge grin.
"Absolutely."
He says walking through the door. "What was that about?"
Matt asks confused.
"I'm not completely sure."
I mutter and open the door.
"So Lydia, just out of curiosity. What's your middle name?"
Kat asks and I shake my head.
"Your an ass."
I glare at Dom as he bursts out laughing.
"Seriously, what is it?"
"Vivienne. " I admit and Matt smiles.
"Why didn't you want to tell us that?" Em asks confused.
"I've never like my name. It's very...old school."
"Lydia Vivienne Sherwood. I like it." Matt says and I smile at him. "Ofcourse you do."
Harry chuckles and I send him a glare. He puts his hands up in surrender.
"So what's your plan, are you staying in Toronto for a while?"
Harry questions and I nod.
"You guys just started work on season 2 right?"
I question and he nods slowly.
"Well, if you guys will have me, I'd like to stay for at least until Christmas. Possibly longer."
"That's amazing! Seriously?"
Dom says shocked and I nod. I glance at Matt, sitting directly opposite me and he give me an encouraging smile. "Yeah. I'm gonna find a job. Re-fill my savings. Maybe I might be  re-inspired."
"Who knows."
Em smiles and I nod.

At about 8:30, everyone has finished their food and we are ready to leave. "Thank you guys for inviting me."
I smile after hugging each of them. "Don't be silly. Your part of the family now. Which reminds me, Matt when are your sister getting here?"
"It was supposed to be next week. But their flight has been pushed forward to tommorow."
He tells her and she nods.
"Okay, I better get home. See you guys tommorow."
Everyone begins to walk towards their cars and once again, Matt holds open my door.
"Why thank you."
I chuckle and climb in.
"So, will I get to meet these sisters of yours?"
I question and he nods.
"Ofcourse you will. Actually, me, Dom, Em and Harry are taking Maddie to high park, the day after her birthday. Would you care to join us?"
He questions and I nod.
"Absolutely. When is her birthday?"
I ask curiously. "It's the day after tommorow. March 3rd." He tells me and I nod.
"Is there something she would like for her birthday?"
"No. You don't need to get her anything. But, she will be excited to meet you. And just a warning, she can be extremely weird."
He tells me and I nod.
"I can handle weird." I tell him and he laughs. "I don't doubt that for one minute."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
I ask shocked and he laughs again. "What did he tell you?"
I say, suddenly realising that I was talking to my brothers best friend. "Nothing."
He says shaking his head.
"For god sake."
I sigh and he laughs again.
"I'm gonna kill him."
"Please don't." He says and I chuckle.
