Chapter 25: The break-up

I know it's early but there is a reason why. Okay now enjoy it.

Marco POV
It has been 3 days now since I'm back. I went hanging out with Janna, Star and Tom. We were at the shopping mall when Star said "Hey do guys want to have a movie night?" "Sure" Janna said. "So where are we going to do it?" "How about at my house?" "Really Marco!" "Yeah and don't worry I promised" then Star hug me in excitement.

"Alright then, 7:30 alright" "Okay" all of us said.  Then we continue what we were doing.

It was already 7pm then I got a call from Jackie. "Hey Marco can we meet up at the Western Restaurant" "sure but why?" "There's something I need to tell you." "Alright" then I hung up. I went ready I drove to the restaurant. I saw she was already there.

I sit next to her and said "Hey babe" "Oh hey" "so what do you want to tell me?" "How about we eat first" "Okay" then we ordered our food.

After we finish I said "so? What is it" she sigh and said "I got accepted to be on the show I'm working on" "Wow congratulations" "That's not it Marco" "Oh" she took a deep breath and said "so I have to go to America to film it next month and by that time you are going back to Spain" "so?" "I can't take it anymore Marco" "What do you mean?" "I can't handle the long distance relationship anymore Marco!" "We can make this work, beside I only got one season left. Please don't do this" I said while holding her hand. "Oh Marco. I'm really Sorry but I have decided it. I'm breaking up with you." "No! Please Jackie I want this to work" "I'm sorry Marco but I don't think it can but we are still friends alright,bye" she gave me a kiss on the cheek and left.

I sit there froze by what just happened.

Janna POV
We arrived at Marco's house. I knock on it and the door open but it was  only Star. "Where's Marco?" "Don't know?" "How did you get in?" "Oh his mom open it" "okay" then we went in and put the snack on the table.

"So have you choose a movie?" "Yup" then the show it to us. It was 'How To Train Your Dragon' 1-3.  Then we sat at the couch and waited for Marco. It was already 8pm and Marco still haven't arrived. I look at Star and saw she was a little upset. I put my hand on her shoulder and said "Hey how about we start first" she just nodded. Tom put the DVD on the player and we just watch it.

It was already 10pm when suddenly Marco came in while his head is down. Star said "Hey? You ok.." then she was cut off by Marco "Do I looked like I'm okay!" "I'm sorry. What happened?" "Jackie broke up with me!" "What why?" Tom and Star said while I just continue eating my potato chips. "She said she can't handle long distance relationship anymore"

Then Star came near to Marco and put her hand on his shoulder and said "Hey Marco calm down let's enjoy...." Marco cut her "Calm down! Do you know how is to break up with someone you Love!!" "I.." "NO! Cause you never in a relationship BEFORE!" Star just stood there silence while holding her tears. Suddenly Star slap him and said "I was just trying to help" then she ran to her house.

I came up to Marco and said "You are a stupid IDIOT! She was just trying to help you Marco! And not only that you even broke your promises to HER!"  Marco just stood there realizing it. "Also you want to know why she's never in a relationship because she was waiting for YOU cause STAR LOVE YOU!" Then I cover my mouth and saw his eyes widen.

"Tom I'm going to Star you may go home." He nodded as I leave to go to Star house. I knock on it and Star Father open the door. "Hey may I come in. I want to comfort Star" "Sure. You can also spend the night here to." "Thanks" then I went to her room.

Marco POV
I stood there remembering what Janna say. Tom sigh and shack his head before leaving. I went to my room. I thought what have I done.

Looks like this time Marco have made a Bigger Mistake 😲. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. Okay as always.
