Chapter 30: The important game

Tom POV
Me and Marco was training for the selection to play on the UEFA Supercup game. While we were training we saw a couple of new faces. I was about to approach one of them but then Mr S call all of us to gather. He said "Alright before I pick the team, I want to introduce you guys our new team mates." Then three dude came out and stand in front of us. "Okay this is our new player. This is Ben Steven from USA, This is Maho Abadou from Nigeria and this is Kamara from Finland." "Hey" all of us said.

"Alright now let's continue" then he pick the starting team, me and Marco was chosen. After that the reserved. When he finished he said "Alright now go home, pack up cause tonight we will be leaving for Kiev and againts Bayern" then we all leave.

~Time skip~

Marco POV
We were getting ready for the game. "Damn I'm nervous" I said to myself. Then my phone rang, I pick it up and said "Hello?" "Hey Marco" "Oh Star! What's up?" "Oh nothing just wanted to wish you luck and me and Janna will be watching" "Thanks" then she hung up.

Hearing Star voice was just what I needed. I am full of confident now. We went to the field and get to our position. Then the wisel blow.

~Time skip to 90 minuted~

It was already 2:1 and with 2 minutes left of extra time the pressure is building. We were on the attack but then Tom was tackle in the box and all of us got excited cause it's a penalty. Tom quickly got up and grap the ball. Rodrigo try to take it from him cause he was the one who been appointed as the Penalty taker. But Tom still refused to give him. Then he shot but missed wide and then the wisel blow.

All of us were disappointed including Mr S.

Star POV
After the game Janna said "Tom Tom Tom" while shacking her head. She helped me clean the mass up that happened when we celebrate. After that she went back home.

It has already been an hour after the game. So I decided to call Marco. "Hey" "Hey" "You okay?" "Yeah just a little sad" "It's okay" "I know but I still can't get over it" "Hey don't be like that. If you can't success at first, try and try again" "Yeah you're right!" "Of course I am" then me and Marco just talk for like 3 hours.
