Chapter 2: The News

Marco POV
I was walking home with Kelly. We say goodbye to each other and went to our house. Our house is just beside, so technically we are neighbors.

I open the door and went in. I saw my mom is preparing dinner. She saw me and said "Welcome home Marco, dinner will be ready soon" "Alright mom"I said back. I went upstairs to take a bath. After an hour later my mom called me and said the dinner is ready. I left my phone on my bed cause I was chatting Kelly.

I went downstairs and right on time my dad arrived. I gave him a hug and then we went to the dining room. We were enjoying our food then suddenly my dad said "Okay I got good news and bad news." "What is it honey?" My mom asked. "The good news is the new company building at England has finally finished and the bad news is we're moving to England." . I chock on my food when I heard that and said "What!! Why?!!?!" "Because I agreed to Anthony (Kelly's dad I just made that up) that I will be the boss there and he will be the boss here in Mexico." "Okay honey" my mom said. I was still upset so I said "Why do you agreed dad? Can't we just stay here?" "I know how you feel Marco but if I'm not the boss there Anthony will but that means they the ones who move to England" "Oh so is either way" "Yes Marco but the other reason why I accept it is this."

He show me a peace of paper and it looks like a contract. I take it and read it and my eyes widen. It's a contract for Manchester United youth. I have been dreaming about this playing for my favorite club. So I said "So if we move I will play for them" my dad nodded. "Alright Dad. When are we leaving?" "Next week" my dad said.

~Time skip to tomorrow~

Kelly POV
I woke up and saw a message from Marco.

Marco: Hey Kelly can we meet up?
Kelly: Sure Marco, where?
Marco: At the coffee shop where we always hang out.
Kelly:👌, be there in 10.
Marco: See you there.

Then I put my phone down and get ready. I wear a pink and white striped shirt and a light blue shorts. I went there by using 'uber'. When I arrived,I saw Marco sitting waiting for me.

I sit in front of him and said "why do you want to meet?" "Cause I'm moving to England Kelly." He said with a sad ton. Then I said "I already knew Marco." "Whaaa, how?" "Last night my dad told me and why" "Oh so that means you understand right?" "Of course Marco but don't worry we will meet each other in the future also we got each other's number" "You're right Kelly" "Hey I also got a contract with Manchester United youth team!" "Really! Congrats dude" then she punch me at the shoulder. "Thanks, I should tell the CF Pachuca team later" "Yeah you should and maybe you can get a farewell considering you played for them since you're 10." "Hehe maybe" then we laugh.

"How about we enjoy this moment. I haven't order my drinks too" "Okay let me help". He help me called the waiter and I ordered. After my drink arrived, me and Marco just talk until it was already 3pm.

Marco POV
I checked at my watch and saw it was already 3pm I said "I think we should get home" Kelly gave me a thumbs up while quickly finishing her drinks.

We went home together by using an 'Uber'. While we were on the way the driver asked "Our you guys dating?" "Sorry but we're not"Kelly answer him. "Oh sorry" the driver said.

When we arrived at our place. I said "Goodbye Kelly Roberto" "Goodbye to you to Diaz" then we laugh and wave at each other.
