She fought with everything she had and so did her friends. They managed to lead the villain away to a place where no civilians were.
However, in another dimension, one girl was there. Elayna sat on top of the train, sketching out the abandoned tracks.
The villain took their sword and struck Gwen with it, at the same time, creating a rip in their dimension.
Elayna felt the train shake, and at first, she thought the train had been put back to use. She jumped off it but it didn't start moving.
The ground shook this time.
The rip appeared in front of her. She wasn't sure what it was but before she could run, it sucked her and Gwen's body inside from the other dimension, then everything went black.
When Elayna woke up she was in a hospital room, her mother asleep in the corner chair with a magazine on her chest.
Her head hurt and she couldn't remember how she got there, only the shaking on the train, then nothing.
