GOING TO THE JEDI Council to convince them to let Moira go with Obi-Wan on the mission had been tiring. She didn't expect to stand in front of them once again after many long years, but it was Obi-Wan's idea to at least ask permission before they left for Kamino. It took a full day to convince Moira to even consider talking to the Jedi about it. Everyone on the council were hesitant to let her join the Jedi Master on the mission, though after explaining that Moira's background (explaining as little as much about it to not get her arrested) might help them find the bounty hunter that got the other bounty hunter to kill Senator Amidala, the Jedi reluctantly agreed. They even let her borrow one of the starfighters and a droid. After that, and once Moira made sure Castro and Freya didn't need her, she left to Kamino.

Moira got out of the blue and gray starfighter after landing it on the landing pad, instantly getting soaked with the rain pelting down on Kamino. As she walked by, she patted R6-W8 which earned her a few beeps in response. The woman didn't reply to it and hurried to catch up with Obi-Wan, and pulled her jacket over her head as a lame attempt to keep herself from getting soaked. Thunder rumbled and she looked up just as the doors automatically opened, squinting through the rain and to the dark clouds in the sky. Obi-Wan grabbed her sleeve to get her inside before the doors closed.

The my both looked around for a second. White covered walls and large windows, and there were skinny rectangular lights on the ceiling. That was when Moira noticed the Kaminoan walking over to them. She was tall, towering over both the Jedi and the bartender, and slender with a round head, and large black eyes with white pupils. With how slow and peaceful the Kaminoan walked, the woman wanted to say that the Kaminoan was almost gliding.

"Master Jedi," the Kaminoan spoke to Obi-Wan. "The prime minister has been expecting you." She then looked to Moira and said, "Though, I do not believe he has been expecting you."

"The choice for me to come with very last minute," Moira said before Obi-Wan could say anything, lying on the spot with very little difficulty. "I am sorry for my sudden appearance. I needed his help, and on our way back to Coruscant from Ach-To, he wanted to stop here. I am perfectly okay with waiting here while you take him to the Prime Minister if you want me to."

"I am sure if the Jedi trusts you to come here, then I can to," the Kaminoan said. "Now, please. This way." She then turned and walked down the curved hall. As they followed her, Moira and Obi-Wan shared a small glance.

"You said I was expected?" he asked after a short second of silence.

"Of course. He is anxious to meet you. After all these years, we were beginning to think you weren't coming."

A blanket of silence fell over the three of them after that. Both Moira and Obi-Wan were confused how and why he had been expected, though they hid it well as they walked down the pristine walls, passing by other Kaminoans. It didn't take long at all for them to get to the prime minister. The doors slid open as the three walked up, and they entered, a male Kaminoan sitting down on a blindingly white, levitating chair.
