Chapter 2x3 - It's back?

Zane watched as Kayn stood still with eyes wide open filled with fear. All three of them looked around only to hear yet another giggle. They followed the sound with their eyes to see a pale girl with a third eye on her forehead. White and short hair covered one eye. Zane immediately noticed the familiar face.
"You're that girl that Gin killed!" Kayn quickly stared at Zane as he said
"You've met one of them?" Zane looked confused at Kayn when he said 'them.' Kayn shook his head and took a stance. The three of them stared at the girl as she tilted her head, in no time she disappeared from their sight. The girl let out a gentle giggle as she held her knife beside Kayns neck. With frightened eyes, Kayn tried to slash the girl with his razor-sharp hand covered in lightning. He missed by a hair, and the girl appeared from above. Just as the girl was about to cut him, the mysterious man held out his hand, and roots began to materialize out of the ground, covering the girl in the thick wood. The both of them stared at the mysterious man in surprise with widened eyes.
"Quick, run!" The man said as he proceeded to hold out his hand. Zane stayed as he refused to leave the man. Kayn grabbed him by the hand and pulled him as he ran towards the town.
The man panted quicker than ever as he struggled to control the roots. The wood slowly began to shrink and get pulled back into the ground. The girl giggled once more as she escaped the stun and ran towards the man with speed more significant than a magical bullet.

"We need to help him!" Zane shouted as he escaped Kayn's grip. Kayn answered with bulging eyes and bared teeth
"We can't fight it!" Zane replied shouting with direct eye contact and moist eyes
"Why not!" Kayn rubbed his forehead in stress and answered with a gentle smile
"I'll tell you later," Zane almost shedding a tear nodded and followed Kayn as they ran out of the woods. A bench in the town's border was in sight, and they both sat down, panting. Kayn said
"That girl is a clone of a member of the 16 morningstar demons. The ability to clone is sporadic! We had no chance of fighting it!" Zane, with widened eyes, listened as he realized that the girl that Gin killed was a clone. Zane whispered to himself
"But Gin can use clones..." Kayn sighed as he said
"It's a tier V mission to kill a clone, and they are scattered all around the nation, the only one they'll be gone is if they kill the real one" Zane scratched his head, slightly terrified. He sighed and said
"Let's go to the hub and finish the quest..." Kayn nodded as they began to walk to the hunter's hub. As they approached the center of the city, Kayn mumbled as he covered his face in his hands
"We forgot to gather materials from the Jaguars" Zane tilted his head confused as he asked
"Why do we need that?" Kayn facepalmed as he dragged his hand across his face.
"The monster's materials can be made into weapons, armor, potions, and even magic. They can also sell for loads!" Zane looked at Kayn as he caught up and let out an
"ooooh."

"How do we get the coins?" Zane asked as they stood inside the hunter's hub. Kayn proudly said
"Like this." Kayn looked at the board until he found the paper with the quest on it. He once again put his palm in front of it as a faint light flickered. The previous stamp disappeared, and a new one came into view. 'Completed - 2 Jagras - 40 copper'. Kayn grabbed the piece of paper and brought it up to a man that sat behind a desk. Zane amazed glanced at Kayn with glimmering eyes as he proceeded. The man inspected the piece of paper and nodded as he gave Kayn a sack of coins. Kayn pumped his fist in the air with a smile on his face as he walked out the building with Zane behind him. With glimmering eyes, Zane said
"Wow! There's so much in it!" Kayn nodded as he opened the sack and shoved his hand inside only to pull out a handful of coins. He put the coins in Zane's hand as his face turned bright red. Zane stared at him with gazing eyes as he shouted
"Thanks!" Kayn annoyed answered
"You killed one, and I killed one, you get half of it, you idiot..." Zane giggled as he scratched his head. Kayn looked in front of them and saw a huge tower. He shrugged and wandered towards it. Zane looked confused as he followed behind. Kayn said
"This is the most popular store. You can buy, sell and forge weapons and armor." Zane's eyes glimmered as he could finally buy himself a longsword. 'The Goldsmith' was written on a sign outside the building. They both looked around in amazement when they stepped in. Kayn said

"The higher up you go, the more expensive it gets," Zane nodded in excitement as he saw a section with a huge selection of swords. He quickly ran towards it with Kayn behind him, sighing. With gazing eyes, Zane stared at one thing only. A long katana with a sharp and shiny edge.
"It's only ten copper, and made out of 70% rank two iron! Wait, are you a samurai?" Kayn said
Zane stared at Kayn and giggled, "I think so," Kayn sighed and rubbed his forehead. Zane grabbed hold of the Katana and tried slashing with it. With gazing eyes, he jumped up and down and said
"I want this" Kayn sighed and answered
"Then buy it, idiot. Here give me 10 of your coins" Zane handed Kayn a handful of coins with confidence. Kayn walked up to a box and put the sword inside and closed it. A carving began to appear onto the box's surface. It said '10 copper coins'. Kayn slid down ten coins down a hole in the box, and in seconds, the box opened itself up again. Kayn grabbed onto the sword with a smile on his face and gave it to Zane. He stared at Kayn in both amazement and confusion.
