Chapter9: Busan [Part 3]

“Why not? He like you, you like him, perfect match.” Hana said.

“Wrong timing… It because of the wrong timing…”

“Is it because of Kai?” She said.

“I don’t know…” I said while looking at the scenery outside the bus.

The Next Day

SooHee POV

Today is the last day at Busan. I brought the presents to the orphanage. The presents are some stationary and notebook.

“Okay class! Today will be the last day for them at here… So this whole period you guys can play with them!” After the teacher announced, the whole class cheered and ran to the playground.

Suddenly, someone tugged my shirt. “Noona! Let’s play with Sehun-oppa!” one of the children said. I realized that Kai was alone. I turned and saw him sitting on the bench. I walked to him asked, “Do you want to play with us?”

Kai POV

“Noona! Let’s play with Sehun-oppa!” I heard one of the children said to SooHee. I suddenly my heart starts to ache and I felt that I am the third-wheel here… After awhile, someone sat beside me and asked “Do you want to play with us?”. I turned my head and realized that it was SooHee. I rejected because I really felt that I am a third-wheel.

  

Last period before leaving the Orphanage

SooHee POV

The children are having their Math lesson and we are sitting at the back of the class. Time passes so quickly, the class just ended. I walk to front and said, “Guys! We are going back to Seoul…” I felt my tear falling down my cheeks but forced myself to smile. “Noona! Unni! Don’t go! Don’t go!” the children started to cried and gather around me. I bent down and said, “I promised I will come back okay? And you must promise that you guys will study well okay? Ulji-ma [Don’t cry], Ulji-ma…”  I started to cry. Sehun and I hugged all of them and aboard the bus.

During the bus journey, most of the student already fallen asleep but I can’t. I felt so tired my I can’t fall asleep. I looked out the window. Suddenly my phone vibrated,

Sehun: You are not sleeping?

SooHee: Can’t sleep :(

Sehun: Do you want me to send you home? My driver is coming though.

SooHee: Okayy! 

Suddenly Hana woke up,

“Who is that?” She asked.

“What “who”?” I asked back.

“The one who makes you looks like a fool! Smiling to the phone…” She said.

I muttered, “Sehun…” She asked again, “I can’t hear! Say it again.”

“Why should I?” I said. She starts to tickle me. “Okay! I will say!” I said.

She finally stops, “Sehun.” I said.

“What did he said?” She asked.

“Asking permission to send me home.” I said.

“O.M.G. Both of you are fallen in love for each other deeply…” She said.

“What about you and Chanyeol? Falling deeper and deeper after washing toilet together?” I laugh.

“I am gathering my courage to tell him…” She said while doing some silly actions.

“Crazy!” I said.
