Chapter12: We are still FRIENDS

SooHee POV

When I reached the classroom, everyone was so quite. Usually at this time, everyone will be talking, shouting and screaming but now everyone was at their seats. I was about to go to my seat but Kai pulled me out of class and dragged to lockers. He grabbed both of my shoulders and asked,

"You and Sehun... What relationship are both of you in?"

I kept quiet and he started to shake me and shouted, "TELL ME"

I muttered, "F-Friends, w-we are f-friends" He started to let the grip. He was so scary and I lost my balance, I fall onto the ground. Kai squatted down in front of me and said,

"I am sorry". I replied, "It's okay."

During dinner

SooHee POV

It was a quiet dinner, I saw my dad and my mum giving each others glance.

"What do you guys want to talk about?" I asked.

"Indeed our daughter" My dad started to laugh. 'I don't find it funny' I thought myself.

He continued, "SooHee-ah, have you thought of marriage?". I kept quiet and he continued to asked, "If you have-" I cut him and said, "I haven't and I don't have that kind of mind set. Now, I just want to focused on my studied. Mum and dad, do you guys understand?" I quietly nodded.

After dinner, I went up to my bedroom. I put on my headphone and took a sit and my balcony. After awhile, someone knocked on the door. I turned around and realized that it was mum.

"Can I come in?"She asked. I smile and gestured her come in.

She took a seat beside me. "Why are you so agitated just now?" She asked.

"Nothing... I just felt that now... I should just focus on my studies." I replied.

"If there is something bothering you, you can always come to omma, you know? Omma will try my best to help you." She smiled and started to leave the room.

Meanwhile

Sehun POV

After dinner I went back to my room to finished up my work, suddenly someone knocked on my door,

"Come in" I said.

"How's my son doing in school?" My dad asked. "Fine. Wae?" I asked back.

"Nothing just asking... by the way, how's your relationship with SooHee?"

"Wae?" I asked. "Nothing... I just felt that SooHee is a good girl that I want her to be my daughter-in-law." I started to blushed.

The next morning

SooHee POV

Ring~ring~

Since today is Saturday, I didn't set my alarm but why is my phone ringing. I sit up from my bed and took my phone and I saw it was a call from Sehun, I quickly answered,

Sehun: Hello

SooHee: Hi

Sehun: I want to bring you to somewhere... So, I am going to fetch you at your house now. See ya!

SooHee: Bye.

After that call, I quickly went to prepared myself. Suddenly someone knocked,

"SooHee-ah, can omma come in?" She asked but I was in the bath.

I screamed, "Yes!" After the bath, "Omma, is there any problem?" I asked. She shakes her head and asked, "Are you rushing to somewhere?". I nodded my head and answered, "Sehun is taking me out."

"Have fun" She smirked at me and walked out of the room.

Narrator POV

"Yeobu! I think Sehun is taking his first step" SooHee's mum said to SooHee's father while shaking his arm.

"Really?! That's good!" SooHee's dad said while looking at the newspaper.

After awhile, someone rang the doorbell. SooHee's mum went to open the door and revealed Sehun standing in front of the door. SooHee's mum quickly stand aside to let Sehun in.

Sehun quickly greet and bow to both parents, "Good morning, Mr and Mrs Jung."

SooHee's mum smiled, "Good morning Sehun-ah... Do you want to have some breakfast while waiting for SooHee." Sehun nodded and sat beside Soohee's dad. SooHee's dad put down his newspaper and said, "Sehun you grown a lot since I last saw you.". Sehun being very humble.

Both of them were talking and laughing. Meanwhile, Soohee's mum went up to SooHee's room.

"SooHee-ah! Ppali [Faster] Sehun already downstair waiting for you!"

SooHee panicked.

SooHee POV

When I went downstairs, I saw Sehun. My dad said, "Sehun, why don't you bring SooHee out for breakfast?" Before I could answer, Sehun is already nodding his head.

In his car,

I asked him, "Where are you taking me?"

"Airport." He answered. "Airport? Wae?" I asked again. "You will know when we reached there." He smirked.

Shouldn't he accompany his "crush"? Why is he spending most of time on me? Wouldn't his "crush" get jealous?

Airport

When the car stops, Sehun quickly dragged me out of the car and ran to the departure hall. Gradually, I saw a familiar person, it's JaeHyun. He ran to me and embraced me. After a few seconds, he let go and look towards Sehun, "I didn't know you're such a loyal person." He laughs. I look at both of them with a confused and dumfounded look. Suddenly, JaeHyun pushed me to Sehun and said, "Oh Sehun, take care of SooHee well or else I will NOT hesitate to take SooHee away from you." He emphasised. I causally hit his arm and said, "Please! He is not my boyfriend or anything and... he even have someone he like." While I am saying I realized that my voice became softer and softer.

After sending JaeHyun into the departure hall, Sehun asked,

"Are you hungry? You haven't eat your-" Before he could finish his sentence, my stomach already start to growl. I laugh, "I think you already know my answer. HAHAHA!"

Restaurant

"What did JaeHyun mean by you're a loyal person?" I asked.

"Ah... Yesterday, he ask me to bring you to the airport to see him for the last time." He said.

"I see... Now, you know my past, so do you have a first love" I asked with a playful tone. He look so shock, "Hahaha! I am kidd-" Before I could finish my sentence, he answer my question, "No. I don't have any." He said.

Weeks passed, my relationship with Sehun is getting better. Sehun and I will go to school together and go home together. Even in schools, people are spreading rumours that we are dating... I really hope that those rumours were true.

Break

"SooHee!" Someone shouted. I turned around and saw Hana running towards me.

"Wae? What happened?" I worried.

"Nothing... Just feel like screaming out your name." She said and I looked away. "AH! I almost forget about your relationship with Chanyeol." I smirked at her. "Ah~ I can't here you!" She blocked her ears and started to run away from me. I wanted to chased after her but I bumped onto someone. I looked up and I saw...
