Adrien and Marinette walked into her condo "sorry for coming late at the manor Adrien I was just getting this for you" Adrien focused his attention on her as she had a key resting in her palm, Adrien eyes widened "thanks Mari" she nervously chuckled and said "well you'll be here for at least 3 weeks so I thought why not get you a key" she started to ramble about how he could go places without her and that he should be completely comfortable but Adrien smiled and hugged her.

"Thanks Mari" all she did was smile in response everything was silent until Plag started talking, "your place is comfortable I could to this, now do you have any camembert" Adrien smiled at his kwami "plag I have some in the front pocket of my bag". Plag flew to the bag and added "I could get used to this really quickly yep" at that Mari for some odd reason remembered what Damian had told her about tomorrow night "umm Adrien Damian is having a friend from Metropolis over tomorrow night and he was asking if you and I wanted to join.

Adrien laughed and thought 'I mean I could go I shouldn't be scared and there will be two other people around so why would I need to be scared also I'll get to make a new friend' Marinette was concerned by the way Adrien looked so she just said "okay" then walked him to his room where he then said "yeah we should totally go tomorrow" "um question Mari where exactly are we going for dinner" Mari eyes widened at the realisation that she had no Idea where to go "um let me ask Dami" she chuckled and scratched her neck shyly

"So what did he say" Adrien Asked "well I don't know he just told me that we should meet him at six at the manor, but I'm pretty sure that he'll find a nice place. So how are you Adrien"
Adrien looked down then back up at her shyly with wide eyes "I I'm doing fine" "there is nothing wrong but thanks for the concern Mari" she looked at him an eyebrow raised "Adrien" her tone was serious "tell me please don't lie I'm here for you open up" it was sincere and he felt sad that he lied, he was happy to have a friend like her and for the first time ever intimidated by her.

"Mari" he started then looked at her again he couldn't lie to her he felt scared "Mari I I don't know what's going on" he started crying his eyes filling up with tears his hot tears rolled down his face

"Mari it's been 5 years, everyday the stressed he has put on us because of these fucking akumas" she had never heard him swear she walked up to Adrien who was now on his knees she bent down he put his head up she looked at him and gave him a comforting smile, then wrapped her arms around his neck and took him in a tight hug he hesitated for a second then wrapped his around her waist.

"Mari help me, my father tries to kill me, he stole the corpse of my mother. What sick bastard does this, who steals their dead partners corps. He ignores me and put me under so much pressure. Mari help please" his voice cracked she couldn't help herself but cry at her turn she giggled as tears fell to he cheek he was confused as to why "Adrien  look what you made me do now I'm crying" her voice had sadness and playfulness in it.
