I run my hands through my hair as I follow the Acosta's to the nurses office. I look down at Stavo and I's clasped hands. His shaky enormous ones tightens the grip on my soft ones. I hold in my smile not wanting to get worked up about our hands holding.

"I don't want a repeat of Phoenix." Sheriff Miguel Acosta growls silently.

"Lucky for you, there was no gun present." Stav speaks with such fire in his tone.

I knew Stavo wanted or had to get away from Phoenix for a reason but he never told me why. I never pressured him into telling me, and I'm fine not knowing but... there was a gun?

Miguel stops in his steps and turns around. He looks down at his son who is shorter than him by a couple centimetres, and he is about to say something but his eyes move to me.

"We're talking about this later."

I awkwardly scratch my head as we turn to the left and straight into the open door of the nurses office.

"What happened?" One of the nurses gasps and takes a good look at Stavo who is bleeding all over his face.

"Idiots punched my son, can you take a look at him?" Sheriff Acosta doesn't really ask if they can, his tone shows the urgency and how he desperately wanted them to fix his son.

"Of course, come with me." The nurse leads Stavo away from us.

"I'm going to let you guys talk while I go have a friendly conversation with Audrey." I scowl and don't wait to hear any of their responses. Instead, I just walk out the door of the nurses office and rush inside the learning centre.

I look around the room to find the girl with short black hair. I huff when I can't see her. I sit down at a random table and keep my eyes up. I can't believe she actually did this. If she was so fucking curious, then all she had to do was ask what he draws. Instead, she bit his ass. I feel as though someone is watching me, so I slowly look around the room and find Jensen hiding behind the bookshelf beside Noah and staring at me with her beady eyes.

Noah, however, somehow doesn't realise her stalker eyes and continues to talk her ear off. I raise my eyebrow at her and she looks away. I roll my eyes and then look away as well.

Once again, I feel her stare. I jump out of my seat and stomp over to her. Noah's eyes widen as he stares at my angry face.

"Do you have a fucking problem with me, Jensen?" I yell at her as I tuck a piece of my blonde hair behind my ear.

Audrey shakes her head, clearly not trusting her mouth to speak. She moves away from the bookshelf and out into the open, "Mia, I'm so—"

"Save it. I don't care about your apologises," I take one step closer to her as she steps back, we continue this, but, she quietly freaks out when she stops and her back bumps into the cream coloured wall. All eyes were on us, but I did not care. I didn't care that people were beginning to crowd us. "Besides, you shouldn't be apologising to me. It's Stavo's life and tablet that you ruined, not mine."
