Supercalifragilistic

"Dianne no" Joe said as he sat next to her of the sofa wrapping his arms around her "we are not watching that film again." "Please Joe you know its my favourite" Dianne said. "But we have watched it so many times" he said in an exaggerated manner "can we not watch something different tonight." Dianne didn't say anything and just sat there very quietly. Joe turned to look at her to see she had the biggest pout on her face. "Please" she said. Joe tried to keep a hard facade but he knew in the end he would give up. He was a sucker for Dianne and she always got what she wanted. "Okay we can watch it again but no singing" Joe said. Dianne rolled her eyes and said "okay" as she gave Joseph a massive hug placing a kiss on his lips.

They snuggled down onto the sofa and soon they where both engrossed in Mary Poppins. Every time a song came on Joe looked down to make sure that Dianne didn't start singing. He thought they would get through the whole film until supercalifragilistic came on and immediately she started humming the song. "Dianne" he said. "What I'm not singing" she said as she kept humming the song. It got to half way through the song and she was no longer humming it but singing along. Then she was of the sofa and dancing around the room trying to copy the dancing from the film as she sang the song. Joe couldn't help it and started to laugh as he watched Dianne around the living room. As the song came to an end Dianne got down onto her knees and belted out the last supercalifragilisticexpialidocious ending the song with her arms in the air. By this point Joe was laying on the sofa laughing so much that his stomach was hurting.

One the song had finished Dianne got off the floor and walked back over to the sofa sitting down like she hadn't just been belting out the song. Joe looked up at her from where he was laying of the sofa to see her staring back at the screen. He sat back up wrapping his arms around her before bringing his mouth towards her ear "you are some thing special Dot and I don't know what I would do without you in my life. I love you so much" She turned to look at him with a big smile on her face "I love you too" she said placing a kiss on his lips before turning back to the film getting fully engrossed in it again.
