I totally didn't name the chapter like that just so I can put something Shrek 2 related.
Ahem.
Hope you enjoy!

P.S.: This is more focused on the reader rather than with her relationship status with Midoriya. Don't worry, if you'd want a part 2 of this, I'll gladly deliver!

Quirk: Blizzard
You have the power to control the snow and ice that's constantly emanating from your body, but you're unable to deactivate it, so you're constantly letting it drip down from your hair, body, etc. You can't stay under the sun or in hot places at all unless you want to faint.

And no, you aren't related to Todoroki.

Where have all the good men gone, and where are all the gods?

You've always wondered that for most of your life. Unlike most kids around your age, your life wasn't incredibly cheery.

After your father suddenly left without a trace, you've always had a bit of trouble really trusting the people around you. Would they leave? Would they do something to you? You didn't know, so you decided that it was best to always keep your guard up.

However, not having your father around also took a toll on your mother. He was the main source of income since he worked in a rather prestigious school called Shiketsu High School. Now, she's had to work more and barely has time for you.

And if that wasn't enough, she's gotten much more stricter. She's basically locked you in your house most of the time and would rather not let you head outside unless she was there with you.

Thus, being so restricted from life, you've grown to have a rebellious side, but still, you didn't become cold and brooding. You'd still be recognized as someone with a warm aura, which is nice.

But, how you wished for you to be back in the old days, when you were just a young child...

You'd always spend your time in the playground with the many other kids who happened to head there. Your mother and father would trail right behind you as you excitedly run over with an umbrella shielding you from the heat of the sun.

That's where you met them. There, you met two boys, one with ash-blonde hair and a haughty attitude while the other has green hair, adorable freckles and a timid look. Their names are Katsuki Bakugo and Izuku Midoriya respectively.

"Deku, Deku, Deku..." The haughty one said a rather derogatory nickname towards the other boy as he shook his head. "Come on, let's be honest. Are you seriously gonna be a hero when you grow up?" He walked over and playfully flicked Midoriya's forehead. "We're at the age of receiving Quirks, and while I'm amazing, you're... well... you've got nothing." He stayed silent for a slight bit before laughing. "Hey, don't take it personally! I'm just telling the truth!"

"I'm going to become a hero!" Midoriya exclaimed suddenly with a passionate sparkle in his eyes. Then again, that could just be the tears that are on the verge of falling. "I'll be a hero, just like All Might!"

Bakugo looked taken aback, but he grinned, happy to be challenged. "Well, if you're saying that, then let's duke it out! Maybe your Quirk would come then?" He ran over and outstretched his hand while his friend shut his eyes as tight as he could, afraid of the outcome. However, it didn't come.
