I honestly had no inspiration for this. So sorry if it's really bad!

Quirk: Healing Tears
Since you are related to Recovery Girl, you inherited healing properties from her side of the family. Your tears can heal wounds, whether it be minor or major. However, using too much of it can cause you to get dehydrated and weak, and though you can still use your Quirk, it won't be as effective. Fun fact, your tears sparkle with a bright glow when you use it!~
"I'm going to be real with you, Midoriya, I-"
"You like Uraraka, don't you?"
One sunny Saturday, you and your certain green haired best friend decided to go hang out while classes were on hold for the time being due to some staff members being gravely injured and unable to teach in U.A.
On this day, you just wanted to spill out a little secret in the calmest way possible, but Midoriya just had to make a huge fuss about it and immediately guess what it is about.
Your face turns red hot while you look away, sipping on the bubble tea you got for yourself. "Uh, uh... damnit, Izuku, how did you know?"
Midoriya laughs at your reaction before answering. "I knew because, for starters, you're insanely obvious, and secondly, that's exactly how I felt around a crush, specifically Uraraka."
After Midoriya had finally spilled the tea about his feelings for a certain chill boy all those months ago, you decided that it may be time for you to confess soon as well. However, you don't exactly know how to do that, especially with the adorable and hardworking brunette.
"Wh-whatever," you mutter while looking away in embarrassment. You clear your throat and sighed. "You know her better than I do, Izuku. How am I supposed to confess to her?"
Now that was what gave the green haired boy a difficult time back then. Sure, both of them tend to get embarrassed with each other before with just a drop of a hat, but no one really went on to confess anything to each other, especially when he began having feelings for Todoroki.
"Let's see..." he began with a hum. "Ah, I know! How about you accept that you'd never be able to confess because you're a mess and because she's always busy with her goal."
"Midoriya!"
Your best friend laughed again, finding your desperate reaction hilarious. It reminds him of his old self. "Okay, okay, don't hit me. All you gotta do is spend this time with her as much as possible, which you already did! Now, just find the perfect time to say it or send the right signals in the right moment."
You nod, taking the advice he's given with a bright smile plastered onto your face. You thank him for helping you out and stand, running off to find Uraraka.
The green haired boy waved goodbye before putting his hand down as a slight frown crept on his face, wondering if he should have told you about why he never got around to telling her about his feelings, but the last thing he'd want is to disappoint you.
It won't hurt you, right?

Though Uraraka would most likely be spending her weekend at her house and reading the same books she has over and over again, she decided that she would get a bit of cash by working at a local convenience store.
She thought it would be a great time, but when barely a few people would show up and actually buy something, her feelings about it slowly morphed into disappointment.
