She can't die.

Elliot's POV.

I sat and waited and waited and waited, it felt like I was waiting endlessly. I paced back and forth for what felt like an eternity, I then came to the door and peered inside, I watched as they struggled to keep her alive, come on Liv I thought to myself, I prayed for her but I knew she was dying. I felt myself start to tear up I couldn't hold it in.

A doctor walked out with that look on his face "I'm so sorry but... we don't think she'll last the night, we've controlled her breathing but her chances are slim to none" he sighed and I nodded.

"Can I see her?"

"No we've put her in an induced coma, we're hoping she'll recover faster that way" he said and I felt annoyed but left.

The Squad - Calvin's POV.

Amanda got me some hot chocolate and started talking to me like she was calm but I know she wasn't. "So um... what happened with you two?" she asked and my hands began to shake. "Well I was playing with her gun and-and it went off" I said but she didn't look convinced.

"I know Olivia and I know she wouldn't leave a gun just lying around so you have to tall me what really happened" she said and I sighed.

"I did it. OK! I shot Olivia!" I yelled and she got up and left then Nick came in.

"Calvin, it's OK, we know you're scared but we also know you're lying because your prints aren't the only ones on the gun" he said and I sighed I know when I had been beaten but I knew they couldn't know the truth.

"That's because I had a friend with me, he wanted to see it" I lied and he nodded.

Morgue - Amanda's POV.

I went to talk to Melinda about Olivia's injuries, she was working on a rape case we got earlier in the week but she put it on hold to investigate Liv's case. "Well it was obvious there was a struggle for the gun, Olivia was first shot when she walked through the door, the bullet hit her shoulder, then it looked like she made it closer to whoever had the gun but was shot again" she said and I nodded.

"What are the chances Calvin did it?"

"I'd say it's 50/50 in a scientific scale but Olivia was his only parental figure and I'm no psychologist but he was clearly attached" she said and she was right. "Maybe you should get Huang to examine her"  she suggested.

"Yeah I'll give him s call" I said before thanking her and leaving.

Nobody's POV.

"No, no she can't die!" Calvin yelled as tears streamed down his face.

"She is dying Calvin! And if you don't tell us what happened then you could go down for murder!" Amanda yelled even though she knew he was being sentenced in family court.

"OK! OK!" he sobbed as the horrible memories came flooding back. "OK so I was at home....."

Calvin opened the door to see Jay standing there with a bat. "What're you doing?" Calvin asked worried and Jay just laughed.
"I came to give you a warning" he said hitting the bat against his hand. Calvin ran to Olivia's room, he knew where she kept the "emergency gun" and he grabbed it.
"Get out of my house!" he yelled and Jay knew he wouldn't do it. He swung the bat, knocking it from Calvin's hands. He ran to get it and soon the two were fighting for the gun on the floor. Shots where firing in all directions hitting off photo frames and walls.
When Olivia heard these gunshots she quickly ran in not even thinking of anything but Calvin. The first shot got her shoulder but the two boys still fought. More shots where fired and Olivia fell to the floor. "STOP!" Calvin yelled running to Olivia, her blood was everywhere.
"Look what you did!" Jay yelled.
"What I did?! You killed her!" Calvin yelled, Olivia's blood was now everywhere, on his hands, on his face.

He got up and chased Jay "you killed her!" he yelled, he was disoriented and slightly confused, since Jay had hit his head on the floor repeatedly. He rushed to the squad for help.

Why didn't you just tell me?" Amanda asked softly.

"I was scared" he whispered and Amanda nodded she wrote down Jay's address and was headed there next.
