Hoseok was flustered as he came into the kitchen. We were all gathered to have lunch. Namjoon's looked up so fast that I swear that one of these days, he is going to have a neck cramp.

"News?" he asked.

Hoseok nodded. I was starting to get nervous looking at Hoseok because his face was grim.

"My contacts in the east spotted a female and a black wolf with JK's features passing through their territory."

"Jihyo's clan?"

Hoseok nodded his head. "They didn't realise that Yoona and JK were passing through the area until one of them triggered the protection spell that Jihyo had her witch put on."

"Who is Jihyo?" I asked.

"Jihyo is the Mistress of the Vampire Clan in the East," Namjoon replied his eyes still on Hoseok.

"You are friends with vampires? I thought weres and vampires hated each other?"

I heard Taehyung snorted beside me. Clearly, he found my curiosity amusing. I glared at him.

"We are not friends with vampires," Taehyung spat out, his nose flaring. "We just tolerate them and use them for information."

Jimin laid his hand on his twin brother and Taehyung calmed a little. It was obvious that the Vampires triggered something in Taehyung. A question for another day, I thought.

"Well, what are we waiting for?" I said as I pushed my chair back to stand up.

"We...are not doing anything," Namjoon looked up at me. "You are staying put and the pack and I will go find JK."

"What?" I exclaimed loudly. "No! Joon. I have to go. It's Jungkook! I have to go with you."

Namjoon pulled me by the arms so that I was sitting back in my chair.

"We can't risk having you hurt!"

Rage and anger filled my body. This is the part I hated the most. Them seeing me as weak. It was pointless arguing with six of them as I knew what the answer was. I guess I will just have to make other plans that don't include them.

"Fine," I said as I rolled my eyes at them.

That night, I crept silently into Gran's room to "borrow" The Book of Hecataea and a few bits and pieces from her for a spell.

"What are you doing sneaking around my room, child?" Gran's voice startled me.

"I was just ---"

"You were just trying to see if you can find something to rescue the young Jungkook?"

I nodded my head.

"All you have to do is ask, my dear," she said as she walked past me to the book and started flipping its pages.

"Here," pointing at a recipe for a tonic.

"A tonic for sleep?" I asked and Gran nodded her head.

"We usually make this to help people sleep, but if we increase the dosage and give it to the wolves, they would be asleep for a couple of hours. That should buy you enough time to go out and find her."

"Her?" I looked at her and she smiled knowingly.

"The Kitsune. She would be able to lead you to the young one."

"How did you know about Minako? She said she doesn't know anything."

"She came to me in my dreams, the Kitsune knows more than she led on."
