Dahyun and Sana were chilling in the latter’s apartment, snuggling in the living room. Sana had the heater turned up and had wrapped them both in thick blankets to fight off the cold. While Sana was watching the movie playing on the tv, Dahyun was watching the snow fall outside.

The city was so pretty covered by a blanket of snow. While Dahyun hadn’t been a fan of the cold that came with snow, she had to admit she was mesmerised by snow.

“So pretty,” Dahyun murmured.

Sana looked over at her and said, “You think so?”

Dahyun nodded. When she looked over at Sana, she asked, “Can we please go out this weekend?”

Sana tilted her head and asked, “Why not today?”

“Because today we snuggle.” Dahyun said with a grin.

She proceeded to snuggle herself further into Sana’s side, earning a bark of laughter for Sana. Sana immediately wrapped her arms around Dahyun and they rolled themselves into a heap of laughter and cuddles.

As they did this, Sana’s phone rang. The Japanese woman sighed and grabbed it from its’ place on the coffee table. She looked at it for a moment and Dahyun watched as her entire face lit up.

“It’s my parents.” Sana said, smiling, “They want to facetime.”

Dahyun sat up eagerly and fixed her hair, hoping to look presentable in front of the Minatozaki’s. Sana sat up as well and answered the call.

“Hi, Mom! Hi, Dad!” Sana said, waving at the screen, “Dahyun is with me!”

Dahyun could understand what Sana said and so she called out in Japanese, “Hello! We miss you!”

Sana turned the screen so that Dahyun was in view and she giggled when Sana’s parents squealed in delight. Sana adjusted them so that both she and Dahyun were in the frame.

“Sana-chan, ask Dahyun how she is.” Sana’s mother said.

Dahyun grinned and said, “I’m fine, Sana has been taking good care of me. How have you been?”

Sana and Dahyun had been spending many late nights going through Dahyun’s Japanese. While it was still a work-in-progress, Dahyun studied hard and could hold a conversation at least. It had been a few months since she started and she was honestly doing quite well.

She really wanted to be able to speak with Sana and her parents in their native language.

“Your Japanese is so good, Dahyun-chan!” Sana’s father said, adding, “You’ve really improved.”

Sana squished Dahyun’s cheeks and said, “That’s because she’s had such a good teacher.”

Dahyun whined at this and all four of them broke out into laughter. The conversation moved over to Dahyun telling them about her school life and whether she’s keeping in good health. Sana’s parents scolded Sana for getting sick, blaming it on her workaholic tendencies.

She could tell that Sana was growing bored after a while, since she wasn’t talking anymore. Despite this, Dahyun continued to tell the Minatozaki’s about her classes.

“So, yeah, I aced that test.” Dahyun was bragging, adding, “The classes aren’t really that h—”

Dahyun cut herself with a squeak and froze. Sana’s mother asked, “Dear, are you alright?”

No. Dahyun wasn’t alright. Because Sana’s hand was currently on her thigh and only drifting higher. Dahyun was bright red at this point but she couldn’t just tell Sana’s parents that her daughter was feeling her up right in front of them.
