“how is she!?” i asked standing up and running up to luke as soon as he came into view.
“the same as yesterday calum,” luke sighed. “she says hi and she’s sorry.”
“oh,” i stuttered looking down at my feet as we slowly left the hospital.
“i’m sure the letters will help,” luke said hopefully as we made our way to the car.
“i sure hope so.”
“you know, you should find as many photos you have of you and dani and put them all together and i can give them to her. oh! and maybe some videos.”
“you’re a genius luke!” i said excitedly silently wishing luke would get in the car faster.

“here,” i said nervously handing kat an envelope filled with more photos and a couple of usb sticks filled with every video i could find.
“is this for dani?” she asked smiling.
“i gave her one yesterday and i found more photos last night and i was hoping you could give it to her for me.”
“of course cal,” kat replied pulling me into a tight hug. “i think she’ll love it.”
“call me if there’s any news, i’m gonna stay home today,” i said sadly making my way back up to the house dani and i shared.
