imagine: edmund flirting with you after you put your twin children to bed.
"i don't know how you do it," edmund shakes his head. from beside the children's bed, tucking in the blankets, you smile over at your husband, "do what?" he smiles as a reply, which makes you all giddy inside. when you've finished tucking in your children, you kiss them both on the forehead and make your way to edmund who is leaning on the doorframe. "you've got a way with them." he says, wrapping his arms around you. you smile, "a mother's touch." "lovely--" he kisses you-- "and perhaps a wife's touch?" "edmund!" you shove him back and quietly close the bedroom door, "be careful what you say around the children." "they're asleep." he shrugs, then reaches for you again, "can't i flirt with my own wife?" "you can flirt when they aren't in the room." "well then, seeing as we're alone now, might i kiss you until you're breathless?" "hmm," you brush his hair back with your fingers, "since you asked."
