Chapter 9~ Cara's birthday

Alright, alright. I know you guys are like, saying what the hell does this have to do anything with this story?! Well, just think team 7 is having a few days off before starting missions. This is the last chapter before we start writing the missions. Enjoy!

Story start:

I can't sleep! I'm not worrying about Cara's present since I already created one out of my crystal. An exact replica of her as a statue.

I'm scared the weird black and white guy would pop outta the wall like earlier. I mean seriously. He could come out and rape me!

I only managed to sleep after putting up crystal barriers around my bed. And yes, I know I over did it with the shot gun and the crystal cannons.

It was still early when I woke up. It was only seven. I released the jutsu and the crystal vanished.

I never wake up this early on a weekend! I usually sleep in 'till 9. Or 11. I put on favorite outfit. Black shorts with my shuriken holster, my weapon pouch. I don't go anywhere without my weapons. For my top, I just wore my civilian clothes. Turquoise polo-shirt with my clan's symbol on the back. It was basically the shaped of a gem with four more inside. Now that I think about it, it's the same shape if the mark I see on my abdomen. Well, the marks vanishes when I don't use chakra.

Then I heard a knocking on my door. I opened it, and Alicia fell in. "HOLY KAMI FLIPPED NINJAS!! WHY ARE YOU IN MY HOUSE?!" I yelled . "I need permission!" I was confused. "What?" "I need permission to use your Crystal abilities!!" She screamed, practically choking me as she shook me. "Firstly, let go of my throat. Secondly, what for?"

Alicia let go of my throat and told me. "We need to decorate her house for her birthday party!" She grinned happily.

My eye twitched. " Really? You had to ask me to do that? Look, my Kekkei Genkei isn't for decorating. It's only for combat. Besides, Cara's favorite color was what? Pink?" Yes, I'm only making excuses not to use my crystal style. I'm not using chakra for that.

Alicia gave me the puppy dog eyes and pleaded" Please? Only today! Please please please please please please please please..."

*After a million 'please'*

"Fine! Fine! Just stop with the please and the puppy dog eyes!! It's annoying!! So stop!!!" "Yay!!" And Alicia glomped me, before bouncing out of the room. What have I gotten myself into?

*At Cara's , Alicia's, Valerie's , Matthew's ,Jonathan's house*

Why did I ever agree to this? For starters, I found out Valerie lives there as well. Secondly, Alicia is driving me nuts! She barking out orders and telling me to do this, do that.

Cara was out of the house with her boyfriend, Jonathan. Jonathan was supposed to keep her occupied.

Five hours later, and we weren't done! Misuno and the rest of the gang came over to help. But since Cara likes gems and precious stones, everyone couldn't help much since I was the only one with the Kekkei Genkei. Everyone else was just putting out the food or placing rocks in certain areas. Finally, I snapped, put my hands in a jutsu and yelled out" Crystal style, four pillars jutsu!" The ground started rumbling and four Crystal pillars emerged from the ground, in a diamond shape. Then I jumped on one and sat down. "I had it. I refuse to do more." Alicia snapped her fingers."Perfect! The room looks better then ever!" Everyone clapping except Valerie and Misuno and Sasuke. Misuno, I understand. She doesn't like showing her feelings. Sasuke just hn'nd. That's also normal. Valerie, she just looks jealous.

"Misuno." I called. I felt someone watching. Misuno nodded. I jumped off my pillar, did a flip and landed on the ground. I had placed a crystal flower that shows everything within its range. I looked at the crystal. Cara and Jonathan were approaching.

*Cara's POV*

I stopped outside my house. "Wait. This can't be my house. It's too quiet. I'd usually here Alicia and Valerie arguing a mile away." I told Jonathan. "True. Let's find out." We opened the door and..."SURPRISE!!!!" My living room yelled. "OH GOD! WHY THE HELL IS MY LIVING ROOM TALKING?!" I yelled. Then I realized it was my friends. They had decorated the room with crystals, probably Emerin's work, and food was laid out on the table. Everything looked perfect.

Then I noticed Emerin's and Misuno's attire. They were wearing shorts. Something which I refuse to wear and any girl should do.

My eye twitched at the sight of them. Ok, maybe things weren't so perfect. You know, since all the girls here wore dresses or skirts. This is an abomination. They needed to change. "I walked up to them, acted as innocently as possible and said "Emerin, Misuno, I'm afraid you're in the wrong attire." Their faces paled at they realized what I meant. "Oh! Look at the time! I have to chill out of the ceiling now with Misuno!! Um, happy birthday, your gift is on the table. Uh, ciao!" And Emerin ran up the wall dragging Misuno with her.

Damn it. They got away. Next time they come down I'll get them to wear the dresses. Period."IF YOU MAKE ME WEAR A DRESS, I'LL HIT YOU WITH MY KATANA AND I DON'T CARE IF IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!" Emerin yelled from the ceiling.

Ok, maybe not. I'm not ready to die yet. I'll do it when there's something big going on. Like a carnival.

*Misuno's POV*

I still feel as if I'm being watched. My every move seen. I closed my eyes and tried sensing the presence. My eyes snapped open. The presence I'm sensing was coming from outside. I looked at Emerin and she nodded.

She looked down from our place on the ceiling. "Hey Cara! Sorry but we gotta leave early. We have some...'business' to attend to." Cara looked disappointed then brightened up. "Ok! If you finish early, come back, k? " Emerin smirked" K!" Then we did our handsigns and poofed outside.

*Cara's POV*

I wonder what business does Emerin and Misuno have to attend to. Oh well. It was nearing midnight. "Alright guys, thanks for coming, thanks for the presents, now shoo."

"Oh come on! It's like midnight. And don't you have a mission tomorrow Naruto? I heard Emerin talking 'bout it." "Oh! Right! Happy birthday!" And Naruto zoomed out of the house. Soon, everyone left except for me, Valerie and pretty much everyone who lived here. Emerin and Misuno, I invited them for a sleepover.

Then, I changed into my PJ's and fell into a deep sleep.

Done! Yes, I know it's a super scrappy chapter but, who the hell cares? You guys obviously. Damn it! I'm still losing my touch! Anyway, Keytar_Moustache_JY will write next. And don't forget to tell me which Naruto movie I should write! Bye!
