Chapter 25~ Sasuke's match! And the sealing of the curse marks!

*Emerin's POV*

"Wooo!! GO DUCK-BUTT!!!" I yelled as I shoved him off the bleachors. He flipped over and landed in the arena. Aww... I really wanted Sasuke to faceplant.

Hayate raised his hand and brought it down, signaling the start of the fight before jumping away. Sasuke sent a bunch of kicks and punches to the Yoroi guy ,only to be blocked and flipped over twice. But it's strange. Why can't this Yoroi guy dodge instead of blocking?

I activated my Hoseki no me and saw the reason why. Everytime Sasuke hits him, a bit of Sasuke's chakra is drained away.

"DUCK-BUTT!! HE'S DRAINING YOUR CHAKRA SO DO SOMETHIN 'BOUT IT!!!! I yelled from the bleachors. What I said registered in Sasuke's head a snitch to late. More of his chakra was drained away and got exhausted. Enough for the Yoroi guy to pin him down, slam his palm down on Sasuke's forehead and absorb Sasuke's chakra.

That was when Naruto yelled at Sasuke, insulting him and telling him to get up. I joined in too. (Say nothing! It was nesscery!) "GET UP YOU, GIVING-UP, LOUSY, LOSER OF MISUNO'S BOYFRIEND!!!!!" I yelled. The mention of Misuno's name caught his attention. He shoved Yoroi off him and kicked him into the air. He activated his sharingan and went up underneath Yoroi. Suddenly, his curse mark activated, spreading the black marks all over Sasuke's body. Kakashi sensei's forehead creased with worry. Sasuke looked as if he was fighting the curse mark. When it went back into the mark, Kakashi sensei and the rest of my team sighed in relief. Sasuke turned Yoroi over and proceeded to slam him into the ground with his foot. He called this 'new' technique 'Lion's barrage'. Yeah,'new'.

Hayate came over and checked. Once it was confirmed a knock out, Hayate announced "Winner of the third round, Uchiha Sasuke."

Sasuke just Hnn,ed and jumped back on the bleachors. I slapped him on the back. " Way to go, duck-butt!" I cheered. He got a irk mark on his forehead. "Hn, loser." This time, it was my turn to gain an anime vein. "WHAT DID YOU SAY????!!! DUCK-ASS??!!!" But before I could inflict any serious injuries on Sasuke, Kakashi sensei called him. Grr... count yourself lucky, duck-butt. You're lucky I haven't leapt on you and murdered you yet. Notice the yet, guys.

Then I noticed Kakashi sensei beckoning me over. Curious, I followed him, along with Misuno and Sasuke. By the way, I think I almost killed him by strangling him. Ha! Payback for earlier.

Kakashi sensei stopped at a door and directed Sasuke and Misuno in and told them to wait. Then Kakashi told me to continue following. He stopped in front of a door which I reconised as the hokage's office in this tower. Kakashi sensei knocked and a raspy voice called out "Come in." Sensei opened the door and ushered me in. The hokage looked at me and smiled "Emerin. Take a seat." I did as I was told. "Kakashi told me about the five-tails. I know that you lose control of it at times. So I'm going to strengthen your seal. It might hurt a bit."

I nodded and he sat across me, ready to begin.

*Misuno's POV*

When Kakashi sensei told us to wait and he brought Emerin elsewhere, I got worried for her. When Kakashi came back without Emerin, I was about to bombard him with questions. But too bad for me, because Kakashi sensei started to write symbols on the floor with his blood and told us we needed to be silent so he could concentrate.

Once he finished, Sasuke was going to have his curse mark sealed first. Sasuke...took off his SHIRT?! I knew that if Emerin was here, she would have screamed something like,"OH MY KAMI !!!!! IT BURNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I smirked thinking about that. Kakashi sensei did handsigns and said some random thing which I didn't really hear.

The symbols went up Sasuke's arm and went around the curse mark and he passed out. Next it was my turn. I only had to take off my jacket and sweep my hair into a messy bun. Kakashi sensei did the same thing to me. The only differance was that I was still concious. Then suddenly, I heard the voice of the pedo from the forest.

*Kakashi's POV*

As I finished sealing Misuno's curse mark, I heard footsteps. I immedeatly got into a defensive stance. As if on cue, Orochimaru came out of the shadows. "Orochimaru. What do you want?'' "Oh nothing. Just recruiting. Now, if you would so kindly point me to Emerin-chan..." 

I tensed before saying "I'm not doing that."  Suddenly, Orochimaru turned his head, behore hissing.  "Seems as if someone's coming. I'll see you again... Kakashi-kun." And he vanished. I could on'y think of one thing. What the hell was that about?

Ok, while writing Orochimaru's speech, I had about a billion eye twitches. I mean, since Orochimaru was gay, and I'm not gay, let's just say the experiance of writing that part was scarring. Remind me never to write Orochimaru's talking again. Sayonnara guys!
