24. Surprise

Lorenzo's POV:

My mom texted me while Riley and her are in town saying Riley has fallen in love with a ring in one of the stores so I told my mom to get it because I wanted to get her a promise ring but I didn't know what she would like. My dad and I are looking after the twins and Sofia which is extremely hard because if one of the twins starts crying then so does the other and Sofia wants us to play with her instead of watching a calming movie.

Finally the girls return falling in the door laughing their heads off. I'm glad they are getting on, I know at first my mom was scared to get close to Riley because she was scared she would leave but now she knows she's here to stay.
"Hey babe." She said strolling over to me and placing a soft warm kiss on my cheek.
"Hey, you both have a good time?" I asked with a raised brow.
"Yeah we did, can I borrow you quickly Lorenzo." My mom said while shaking her head towards the kitchen. I follow her and make sure Riley can't hear or see us and luckily she is playing with Sofia.
"Here it is baby." My mom said handing me a black suede box. I open and see the most beautiful ring that describes her perfectly. There is a black diamond surrounded by little normal diamonds on a rose gold band with a few more diamonds around it. I slip the box in pocket and hug my mom thanking her.

3 days later...

These last few days have flown by. Tonight I am taking Riley to the beach for her surprise.
She is looking incredibly sexy tonight. She is wearing a red short tight dress that falls off her shoulders showing her very prominent collar bones that are just begging to be kissed. Her hair is straight and she has very minimal make up on showing how naturally stunning she is.

I'm wearing a plain white T-shirt and black ripped jeans with my white high top converse matching Riley. I love how every time she wears a dress she always wears converse with it. I walked her to the beach which is isolated as I payed to have it private for the evening. There is a wooden small table with a white table cloth covering it with two matching chairs opposite each other. Small candles are placed evenly all around the table and floor looking perfect with the sun set. Riley's face lights up and she turns to me and jumps in my arms and I easily catch her.
"Thank you." She whispers into my neck making chills erupt all over my body.
"My mom helped me." I chuckled as she joined in. She jumps down and I guided her over to the table where I food is. I know her favourite food is pizza or burgers so me and my mom made her a proper Italian pizza. She eats it while moaning making me have to re-adjust my jeans. We ate in a comfortable silence as we eat with the sound of the waves crashing calmly.
When we are both finished I grab her hand and guide over to the sea.
"I never thought I could ever fall in love with someone but everyday you surprise me by making me fall more and more. There is nobody I would rather be with for the rest of my life so Riley I promise you, I will love you for the rest of my life and I will be with you every step of the way." I said as I pulled out the ring and her eyes widen as her mouth gapes open making me chuckle slightly.
"T-That's the ring I liked when I went shopping with you mom!" She said excitedly, i nod and slowly pull the ring out of the box.
"It's a promise ring right, not a proposal?" She asked smirking as she already knew the answers.
"Yes, it's just a promise ring." I chuckle as she reaches her hand forward so I place the ring on her ring finger.

She smiles and jumps into my arms as I swing her around.
I place her down and look into those beautiful brown pools of honey.
"Also, we are going on our own little holiday so we have to pack." I said with a smirk.
"Seriously, where?" She asked excitedly.
"It's a surprise." I mumbled as I picked her up and threw her over my shoulder and ran back to the house with us both laughing the whole way.
We pack everything we need and I drive one of the SUV's to the airport after we said goodbye to a very sad Sofia. We get onto my dads privet jet and make our way to our location.

Luckily my dads jet has a bedroom because this flight is 21 hours long. Riley and I fall asleep cuddled up and sleep for most of the flight or we just stay in bed for as long as we can.

After our long flight we finally land I hear Riley squeal in excitement as she sees the sign that tells us we are in Bora Bora. We get in one of the cars here for us and make our way to where we are staying.

My brother helped me pick the place and he obviously chose the one with a slide but Riley looks excited about it so that's a plus. We walk into the hut with Riley giggling.
"Ry?" Carlys excited voice yelled as we walked in and both of them screamed and ran to each other making Mario and I laugh as he walks over to us and hugs me.
"Looking good bro." He said as he slapped my shoulder playfully.
"You've looked worse, like when you supposedly died." I said sarcastically causing him to laugh.
"Touché." He chuckled as he walked over and hug Riley as I hugged Carly.
