18. Hello baby

Lorenzo's POV:

The last few days Riley and I have just been led in her bed watching teen wolf. We are now on season 4 and it's been three days, yeah we have binge watched it. We are currently cuddled in her bed and she is wearing black short shorts and one of my oversized hoodies only because she is really insecure about her stomach even though I have told her a million times that's she is a hundred times more beautiful but she won't listen to me. She untangles herself from me and gets out of bed and walks to the bathroom to clean her wound. She won't do it in front of me even though she struggles to do it. I hear her grunt so I decided I've had enough of her being stubborn and make my way into the bathroom.
"Stop, get out!" She shouted while turning away from me. I slowly walk up behind her and wrap my arms around her shoulders from behind. She stops being tense and melts into me. I place a light kiss on her bare shoulder and she rests her head against my chest.
"Please neonata let me help you."(baby girl) she sighed while my breath fanned her skin and I saw the goosebumps appear.
"Okay." She whispered while sighing in defeat. I slowly turn her around to face me and she looks at the wall avoiding my eyes, I grab her chin to make her look at me.
"Listen to me, I love you, I love all of you." I said against her lips and I feel her smile slightly. I grab everything and clean the wound and dress it again. It's not even that bad there is just dried blood around her stitches which are starting to fall out. The scar is about three inches only because they rushed to do the surgery because of where the bullet was. I sigh remembering that night and feel tears raise in my eyes. I lightly kiss the dressing over her scar and look back up to Riley who is bright red. I wrap my arms around her and hold her tight.
"Te quiero." I whispered against her ear. She pushes me away and looks at me with the biggest smile.
"That's Spanish, you just said you love me in Spanish." She said excitedly making me chuckle as I softly pick her up and carry her back to bed.

Riley's POV:

I don't think I have ever been so insecure yet so happy at the same time. Lorenzo has been absolutely perfect the last week and a half. Normally this would piss me off because people agitate me beyond belief but I could never get pissed of by Lorenzo being near me, in fact I crave it.
As we are led in my bed watching teen wolf Sofia comes running in and jumping on the bed landing on top of Enzo making me laugh.
"Monkey what was that for?" He said weakly as Sofia has just knocked the air out of him.
"Arly is having her babies." She said sweetly. Lorenzo and I look at each other in disbelief. We both get out of bed as quickly as we can and I throw on some sweatpants and leave Lorenzo's white oversized hoodie on and quickly put on my black high top converse. I grab Sofia's hand and take her to her bedroom where the nanny is waiting for her. I tell the nanny what's going on while Lorenzo calls his mom who told us to go to the hospital because Carly wants me. I smile thinking she wants me there and we make our way to the hospital.

We walk fast through the hospital as I'm still healing. We make our way to the maternity unit and find Carlys room. She smiles while breathing heavy and softy speaks to me.
"Riley I know we haven't known each other for a long time but I would really appreciate if you and Maria would stay with me while I give birth." She said before groaning again.
"Of course I will stay stupid." I jokingly said while hugging her lightly. The nurse comes in and asked they guys to leaving so now it's just Carly, Maria and I. Her sister is on holiday right now but Carly doesn't mind because they aren't close, they went shopping the other but Carly doesn't really think of her as family, to her Lorenzo's family are hers.

It takes about 3 hours of contractions until she is ready to push. She was screaming the hospital down but eventually a very bloody blob is born.
"Baby number one is a boy." The doctor said while he handed the crying baby to a nurse so she can clean him up.
"Rio's here angel come let's get our baby girl out." Maria said sweetly while patting a damp cloth on Carly forehead. She grabs my hand tighter and pulls my arm closer to her so I bend down to her.
"Thank you Riley, for everything. For saving Lorenzo, for being here and I know you will help Lorenzo guide the mafia to the top." She smiled and I easily returned a bigger smile before she started pushing baby number two out. After another ten minutes she pushes baby number two out except she isn't crying. After a second of all of our hearts beating out of our chests and Carly having a brake down she starts crying and we all sigh relived.
"She ok mom." She doctor said as he placed his hand on Carlys arm. Tears are rolling down all of our faces as the doctor hands both babies to Carly. I push the hair out of her face and places a kiss on her forehead. She smiles and mouths thank you to me. Maria goes to get Frankie and Lorenzo so they can meet the babies. I step aside so they can say hello but Lorenzo pulls me in front of him and wraps his arms around my waist.
"Everybody I want you to meet Rio Grayson and Raven Rose Ferrari."
