I'm not sure what I did since it was in my sleep but I'm pretty sure I cleared up the dark energy because my chest doesn't hurt anymore. I think it may have been the spell I chanted which I barely remember right now but it might have been something else because the pain didn't stop right after the spell. Also whatever happened helped my breathing.
