I set it up like this because it's the deck setup I'm used to. The first card is usually past, the middle present and the third future and the fourth is a general card generally only used when there's a duplicate to explain the second duplicate better but it can also be used as a general addition to all the cards. I know others only do three cards but most of them only use one deck.

Ace of Spades: Misfortune, sometimes associated with death or a difficult ending
Six of Clubs: Financial aid or success
Eight of hearts: Unexpected gift or visit, invitation to a party
Queen of Hearts: Fair-haired woman with good nature, woman with water signs predominating in her chart, kind advice, affectionate caring woman, mother or mother-figure
The first card may reference how I escaped domestic violence. The second may represent how I'm slowly gaining a financial status of my own. The third may reference a wedding in the future but I'm not sure if it's mine or if I get invited to one as it says a gift or invitation. I myself tend to be quite motherly in nature to a lot of my friends so if the least card has any significance it's probably either about me or my Matron but most likely refers to me and that this reading is about me. With the reading I got, I'm going to do another to clarify the answers if possible using the same question.
