The blistering heat of hatred
Scorches me inside out
Leaving my skin an angry mottled red
A thin
Papery
Leathery
My insides begin to bubble
With the fervor of a volcano
My hair
Brittle as straw
As frayed as my temper
My eyes seem to shrink into my head
Even as they attempt to squint past the thick
The red haze.
