Seulgi's POV
So Irene is a blogger and food reviewer that's why she keeps asking me on how do I do my desserts and food. To my surprise she didn't order any special thing right now. And she kept on asking me questions.
"So what is the shortest time too develop your recipe for this cafe?" She is totally curious.
"For me it takes 6 months minimum"
"Wow minimum that's a long freaking time!" She is totally in shock
"No not really for me it is totally rushed because I just need to put a single dessert in a cafe."
"Oh ok but what take you so long to develop a single recipe?"
"First of all you need a recipe to base your development. Then you should write modification that it needs. If it needs more of this or that. Then you should find the right ingredients for it." Irene interupt me.
"Wait looking for the right ingredients but everyone know you should just buy the highest quality in the market?" Irene really knows a lot.
"No no no. High quality doesn't mean the right ingredients for the food. There is difference between high quality and a right quality." She looked at me with a lot of question in her face so what's the easiest way to explain it? Explain it with love.
"I'll make it easier for you to understand. In a relationship you have things that you want from a person let's say that is the high quality but when the right person comes to make you complete and make you much better that's what you called the right quality. All the standards get low when you find the right ingredients to make it perfect." I smiled to her and I can see that she can understand now.
"Oh ok I understand now. But how come you can produce a product when someone asked for recommendation." Oh she really is a very observant person."As I said I've been developing products some of them I didn't put on the menu yet so if a customer came and asked for recommendation. I observe her personality and vibe that she is giving to me. Then I'll make a tiny modification to the recipe to the customers liking"
"Oh you're great to be honest I'm really amaze at your food."
"Thank you but I also have a secret on how my food really taste good." I smiled at her.
"Oh what is it can you tell me ?"
"I have two secrets first the place. Food isn't all about the taste it also give you an experience. Dining experience is very important If you can give a good first impression to the customer it's already a plus point."
"That's right. But what if we take it out how will it taste good?"
"There's where my second secret comes in." She is anticipating
"That is a person who will share and enjoy the experience with you." I smiled at her
"Is that why you join me today" oh I slip she noticed.
"Yes I would like you to enjoy the full experience. You don't like my presence?"
"No I really enjoyed it I love talking to you."To be continued
