Irene's POV

Moon Cafe

Moon cafe is a medium sized cafe that serve the locals, passerby and any one who is craving for desserts coffees and snacks. It's owned by Kang Seulgi. She is very hands on owner that she make sure to have an interaction both to the employees and customers.

As soon as you enter the Moon Cafe you can feel a very good vibe within the cafe. The interior of the cafe have a very warm and calming effect to the customers. The owner said that "Your mood will affect the taste of the food" thats why she particularly choose a calming theme to her cafe because if your emotions are in extremes you're opinion on the taste will be different when you are just in the right mood.

Employees are big factor in the cafe. As soon as you enter they great you like they've known you for a while. Seulgi said that "My employees are like family to me. If you listen to them they will listen to you. I learn a lot from them on handling certain situations. Their opinions also matter because they are the one who interact more to the customer".

The food in the Cafe are one of the best food that you'll ever taste.they don't have a lot of items their focus is on the quality and the taste of the food that they are offering. First the snacks they offer sandwiches, finger food, and pastas. I recommend to try chicken sandwich and their pesto. Second drinks besides from your tipical variety of coffee they also serve some fruit juice and shakes to accommodate the children.

The last one is desserts. It's the highlight of the cafe. At first you'll be saying that it looks like a tipical dessert that you can buy anywhere. But don't judge the book by it's cover. Every dessert that is served in the cafe will give you an amazement on how well balance the taste is. It's sweet but not over powering. The owner is the one who creates and develop the recipe for the dessert. It takes her atleast half a year to put a new dessert for the menu. Seulgi stated that "in desserts it's trial and error. You don't need a high end ingredients to make a a dessert taste good. You need to find a perfect ingredients for the recipe."

Her are some words from the owner.
"Moon Cafe is a product of different dreams,goals and hard work from everyone. It's a collaborative effort to reach whatever we have now. From the employees who are dreaming to have a stable job for their family. To me who dreams about you sharing my journey through food. I'm not here without them. And I learn that surrounding you with the right people who will never leave your side no matter what happens it will give you the strength to achieve your dreams."

"Oh Irene I did not know that Seulgi can say those kind of stuff." Yeri said to me as she finished reading.
"You know she's different when we are just by ourselves."
"Irene you should take rest you're wedding is coming up" Joy stated
"I'll be fine besides I'm getting bored by just staying at home Jennie is already going to to school and Seulgi said I should take a leave for a month. So I decided just to help a little at the cafe."
"Yeh that's the reason why I'm always here Jisso also started school. " Wendy said.
"Oh by the way how is Rosé Joy why is she not with you?" Yeri asked
"She is with Sungjae's parents they said that we should take a rest for a bit." As she finished her statement Joy sighed.

We talked and eat for awhile. I'm enjoying it since soon I'll be a married woman. I didn't think I'll be marrying someone until I met Seulgi.
