Chapter 15

Athena

As the days passed, I heard pack members talking about a certain rouge attack and therefore we were having a pack conference today in the pack auditorium.

It was important as the beta told us that everyone is to attend the conference, which meant I would have to too.

I was pretty sure it was about the rouge issue.
As the clock hit 5 in the evening, I rushed down towards the auditorium and saw a lot of members already there.

Someone tapped on my shoulder while i was standing in a corner, I turned around to see rose standing in-front of me, fidgeting.

"Hi rose, how are you? I haven't seen you since yesterday."

" I am f-fine, what about y-you?"

"Hmm I guess I am fine too" I said

she glanced around the auditorium and then moved closer to me while shying away from others. I also glanced around the auditorium and saw many members staring at her.

They are so fucking stupid, can't they see they are making her uncomfortable. Heck everyone will feel uncomfortable if someone stared at them for so long.

I glared at them and they looked away with some kind of childish attitude.

Fucking babies they are.

"Don't pay attention to them, thats just how they are, stupid idiots" I said to her

She nodded and sighed.

A large voice boomed around the auditorium and we all turned to see Adrian standing on the stage.

He started to speak.

"As you all know, there were few rouges spotted around the boundary, and some of the wolves who were guarding that area were able to catch them and they will be questioned. As for now I order you guys to not wander a lot near the boundary. That would be all."

He glanced around the auditorium like he was looking for someone and when his eyes met mine, he stopped looking around. He sighed and left the auditorium.

That was weird.

But then again he is a weirdo so that was expected.

I turned around towards rose but to my surprise she wasn't there.

Did she go already?

That was weird, she was just here seconds ago.
Maybe she felt uncomfortable and left.

Yeah that's probably it.

As I sat in my bedroom with Alan playing games on his phone, I thought that this rouge situation was bound to happen, I wasn't lying when I said I heard that evil witch planning something.

Even though Adrian ordered everyone to stay clear from the boundary, I can't stay away.

This time It wasn't because I wanted to disobey him like all the times, this time it was different, because tomorrow is 27th December and something very close to my heart happened at the same date many years ago.

So even with all the danger and orders from Adrian, I would have to go outside the boundary.

"Did you buy the flowers I asked for?"
