My awfully Perfect Life

Chapter 15

-James's POV-
I awoke and we were on the couch cuddling. Melissa was on my chest. This was so cute! I just got a text from mum, they had already gone home so I quickly got ready and went home.

That was probably one of the worst decisions in my life. 5 minutes after I had arrived, we could all smell smoke but just ignored it. I went upstairs and everything was on fire and I was trapped. I couldn't move and I heard Ross and Ethan screaming from their room. I panicked so hard. I heard Abi shout and then a Big Bang. OH NO! Our house was on fire and we where all trapped inside. Downstairs mum and dad and dogs and cat where screaming like mad. I hear a car pull up and then everything goes black...

I awoke after some time and all I heard was banging. There was fire everywhere I was going to die any minute now. Crash, I heard the door go as It fell down and I see someone coming to save me. Its Melissa, "Melissa get out your gonna die" I shout. "not without you" she whispered back. She couldn't stay here she was gonna die. I couldn't let her. I tackled her hard and when I noticed I'd really hurt her, she was in tears. I just punched the love of my life! I stopped and told her to leave but I was too weak for her to fight so she knocked me out and I was helpless.

I woke up whilst Melissa was dragging me outside, she had saved my whole family, this one girl! I looked up at her and we kissed. "Baby, never do that again, don't go in to the fire ok?" He said harshly. "sorry" she slipped away from me and went back to save our the rest.

My heart was saved wen I saw her coming out with our pets. They jumped out of her arms and flew towards us but, the top ceiling fell, just before Melissa got out....
