Chapter 69 (1)

Sung-pyo is looking at No Rae running late to one of her class from afar.  He see her reach Seol-A and greet her with her widest smile

SP: (She's with that girl again...)

He feels a bit weird about her, she doesn't seems to like him and he remembers how she fiercely throw him out of No Rae's house when he was willing to take care of her. What did No Rae tell her friend about him that made her so doubtful about him? Usually this fellow is not the type to share much about her personal feelings and situation but the two of them look so close to each other, plus giving the girl's reaction she have to know about their history.

Later on, he meet with Seol-A in the cafeteria while she is drinking coffee.

SP: Hello. (I don't remember her name)

Seol-A is surprised to see him suddenly and a bit pissed at the same time. She doesn't feel the will to be courteous with him as he is the cause of her current trauma and make her feel uneasy and loose her confidence.

SA: Can I help you?

 SP, ignoring but noticing her unpoliteness: Can I talk to you for a bit?

He ask but sit even before getting an answer, witch annoy Seol a whole lot. They keep silently looking at each other, Sung pyo is smiling in a way that remind No rae to Seol and she can't help but to glare at him.

SA: ... (How can they look so alike... it pisses me off I don't need that right now.)

SP: You don't really like me do you? I've got this feeling since last time.

SA: So? (What the hell is this dude shaming?) 

SP: (She's not even denying it...) May I know why? You seem close to Kim No-Rae so I think we should try to get along...

Now he's done it. Seol-A is snapping.

SA: Oh yeah, you think so? And what make you thing those are two related things? Don't you think you are a bit overconfident here? Why should No Rae care about me liking you when she herself doesn't give a damn about you anymore?

SP:(Wow, what a temper, she really doesn't look like the type No Rae would be friend with...)

Sung Pyo has hardly ever faced someone so straightforwardly hostile toward him and he start to feel a little uncomfortable. He still doesn't give up yet.

SP: (maybe it was a bad idea?) Do you... know about us?

Seol-A doesn't know a lot about their past together and she doesn't want to hear it from him. Actually she doesn't want to hear it at all. She want it to disappear, that it actually never happened, she hope she didn't know that her friend had ever been in love with this guy before, or with any other guy for that matter.

SA with a smirk on her face, trying not to throw up: (I'm starting to feel sick) What about it? Are you going to shamefully say you want her back and maybe want my help with it? Yeah well too late for that. You should have thought about it before hurting her as you did. And just so you know you can expect me going on your way if this is your aim. Now get lost will you?

Sung Pyo is feeling down, head facing the ground. He never regretted anything more than letting No Rae go. Being remembered of what he did always make him very sad. Plus it seems like this girl really despite him and he is not used to not being appreciated and he wonder if he did anything that could have made her hate him that much. It seems impossible that the only reason of her anger is his past with No Rae, except maybe if... He raise his head and look back at Seol A with a bit of curiosity and hope. Maybe, just maybe No Rae still have feelings about him and his return affect her to the point that her friend is getting angry..?
