Chapter 71

Seol-A is at her parents place. She search for her notes and the one her oppa gave her when she entered unni. She want to use it as a material in her study session with Kim No-rae. She eventually find it and run down the stairs.

SA: Mum, found it! I'm on my way now.

Mum: Seol wait I have something for you!

Seol-A turn back and go to her mother.

SA, exited: What is it, what is it?

Mum: here, some neighbor gave me those tickets to see a ballet, I would go but your father and I already booked a place to stay at this date. See, we are celebrating our anniversary soon. So I thought maybe you would like to go, since you liked it so much...

SA, kissing her cheek: Thanks mum. I'll take it. (Will she like it?)

Mum: Sure sweetie, go have fun with your boyfriend and don't forget to let us meet him soon.

SA: I don't have any boyfriend mum. But I know who to go with, give my thanks to the lady when you see her again.

Mum: (she doesn't? But she's so energetic those days that I was sure she was in love) Will do. But won't you wait for your father? He would really like to see you!

SA: No I don't have time, I need to meet someone. Just came by to get some stuff.

Mum: Ok but don't forget to come when he's here, you know he miss you so much, please.

SA: Right I will, but now I really need to go.

Mum: Then take this bag with you, I made too much last night and it might get spoiled, eat it soon!

SA, rushing back when she was almost at the door: You're the best!

Seol leave like a storm, lively and exited.

No rae get out of the store and something cover her eyes

SA: Guess who..?

She immediately recognize her voice and smell.

NR: Mummy is that ya?

SA: Yeaah you got me!

She release her grip and put her hands on her shoulders

SA: I came all the way here from countryside cauz I heard that you ain't eating properly!

NR: Well I can't deny this one..!

SA: By the way I just got out from my mum's and she gave me some leftovers, wanna eat it with me?

NR: (If I remember correctly her mum is a pro cooker?) I didn't buy anything fresh so it should be ok. Just let me stop by my place to store those and bring some beers if you're up to it?

SA: You drunkard! you're lucky to be cute when drunk, can't get sick of it!

NR: HA.HA. Sorry bout' that...

SA: Don't be, I mean it..!

NR: Ok ok, see you then.

SA: Yay!

The girls are in Seol's apartment, dishes freshly made and some can of beers are empty. They look at some series on a computer, but none of them is really into it.

SA: Did you ever attend a performance?

NR: What do you mean?

SA: Like a theater, concert or ballet maybe?

NR: I went to a magic show when I was a kid, my oppa brought me there. I also went to some outdoors free concert in the summer but that's all. Why so curious?

SA: Weeeell.. my mother gave me some tickets to see a ballet but I'm not sure if this is your kind of stuff. I bet you would fall asleep in the middle.

NR: It's true that I never went to one but I'm confident I would stay awake... probably...

SA: Kekeke, it last about two hours and a half thought.

NR: Once Hee-jin took me to see an art movie during 4 hours so I think I can manage looking at people dance for few hours... (I did fall asleep thus)

SA: Then do you wanna come with me?

NR: Sure why not? When is it?

SA: Next month, the 21th. It start around 8pm so maybe we can eat somewhere close and then go?

NR: Sounds good to me. I'll go!

SA: Perfect!

They spend the rest of the night chatting about everything and eventually No Rae got back to her place, exhausted.
