Flash back...

Young Sans and Papyrus were walking through Snowdin, attempting to get back home through the blizzard.

"Do you think we'll make it back in time brother?" Papyrus asked, as he gripped the scarf. Sans looked down at his brother, worried.

"We will, but do you want me to carry you?" Sans asked, Papyrus declined his brother request as his scarf suddenly became lose. It then fell off and flew above a lake, with Papyrus not far behind. "PAPYRUS! Come back!" Sans said, but he didn't listen to his older brother's plea's as he jumped up into the air and landed in the lake with the scarf in hand. "Come on, come on!" Sans said as he used his magic to pull out Papyrus.

"S-sans?" Papyrus asked as he was pulled onto the snow, Sans sighed in relief and took off his jacket and wrapped it around his brother. He assured his brother everything was alright as he picked up Papyrus. Papyrus looked down at the scarf, this as the only thing they had of there parents. "Sans, can you promise me something?" Papyrus asked, Sans smiled.

"Of course I can." Sans replied as he continued to walk to there house.

"Can you promise me to never leave me like mama and Papa?" Papyrus asked, Sans looked at his brother.

"Now why and the world would I want to leave the great Papyrus?" Sans said as he smirked, Papyrus giggled. "But I promise, you have to as well Pap." Sans said, Papyrus nodded as there house came into view.

Present....

"So what exactly are your powers Sans, it's almost like you summoned an army to destroy the lighthouse." Pearl asked, Sans ate a chip.

"I used a gaster blaster." He said, all the gems and Steven looked at him in confusion. He snapped his fingers and it appeared, Steven noticed Sans left eye turned light blue while the other one turned black. "It was made by my dad, it's like a lazer gun. Except it destroys anything I want." Sans said and snapped his fingers again and made his blue eye and blaster disappeared.

"Does Papyrus have one?" Amethyst asked Sans, Papyrus stood up.

"Of course the great Papyrus can summon one, but there not as powerful as Sans." Papyrus said, he looked at the book he was holding and tried reading English. Garnet took the book, turned it right side up and handed it to him. "Oh, thank you miss Garnet. I actually have a question." Papyrus said, Garnet just looked at him. "Why is it you have two gems?" Papyrus said, Steven started jumping up and down in joy as he stared at Garnet.

"Alright, alright Steven. We'll come out." Garnet said as she patted his head.

"RUBY AND SAPPHIRE TIME!" Steven said as he jumped in the air and slowly came down. Garnet smirked as she glowed and Ruby and Sapphire took shape. Ruby noticed that Papyrus jaw was wide open and Sans eye sockets were black.

"Ta-da?" Ruby asked as she did jazz hands.

"Oh my gosh you are so cute!" Papyrus said and picked up Ruby, Sapphire snickered and Ruby blushed a bit.

"AM NOT! NOW PUT YOU DOWN!" Ruby yelled and struggled to get out of Papyrus grasp.

"Guess we know Garnet's mad side." Sans said and snickered.

"Sans, don't you dare." Papyrus said, Sans snickered.

"I guess we found the scary cherry." Sans said, he laughed a bit. Papyrus flung Ruby in the air and ran after Sans.

"I DISOWN YOU!" Papyrus said as he whacked his brother in the head. Sapphire jumped in the air and grabbed Ruby and used her dress to slow her down.

"Can I chase him?" Ruby asked as he pointed at Papyrus, Sapphire looked at her.

"I can't stop you, also I feel like he's being a little mean to his brother." Sapphire said and looked at the brothers. Ruby smiled and summoned her gantlet and chased after them. Sapphire smirked at this and decided to look into an possible futures to she how well this would end, but instead she only saw Sans on the beach. She peered at him closely and noticed he was turning to dust.

"Looks like the comedian said his final joke." She heard someone say, she then noticed Sans was turning to dust and his jacket and a red scarf was left behind. She looked up and couldn't believe her eye, it was Frisk. With a knife. Sapphire shooed away the vision and came back to the real world. She looked around and saw Ruby sitting on Sans while holding Papyrus scarf, stopping him from escaping.

"You okay Sapphire?" Steven asked, she yelped in reply and sighed in relief when she saw it was only Steven. Everyone looked at her, but Ruby seemed the most worried as she got off Sans and walked to Sapphire.

"I was looking in possible futures to see how well Ruby when win, but then I saw..." She paused and looked at Sans who was smiling but seemed worried. She wiped the tears from her eye again and sighed. "I saw dust, on the beach. With a blue jacket and red scarf." Sapphire said quietly, Sans eye sockets turned pitch black and his smile disappeared.

"Sans, you don't think th-"

"We're leaving." Sans said as he grabbed Papyrus's arm. Papyrus pulled back his arm.

"M-maybe the tiny blue one vision's w-was wrong, m-"

"Even if it is possible, I'm not willing to lose my brother again." Sans said, Sapphire hugged her arms and Ruby hugged her back.

"Sans, that won't happen. I actually will fight this time." Papyrus said, Sans clenched his fists.

"NO! YOU SAID THAT LAST TIME!" Sans yelled, Papyrus was confused. "I'D RATHER HAVE A FAMILY AND BE A COWARD THEN LOSING MY FAMILY!" Sans yelled, Pearl looked at Rose's portrait above the same door Sans was wanting to walk out.

"I'm sorry Sans, maybe father can help. Maybe he can build some thing to-"

"HE WENT INTO THE CORE BECAUSE HE BUILT SOMETHING AND I HELPED HIM DO IT!" Sans yelled again, Steven got up.

"Sans, it's okay. You have me and the gems to help you." Steven said, Sans looked at his brother.

"You want to kill yourself, fine. At least I tried to warn you, like all the other times." Sans said and teleported away, Papyrus looked at the floor as the warp pad lit up. Lapis, Peridot and Gaster appeared behind them all.

"Hey guys, did we miss something?"
