"Ima kill him!" I yelled punching holes into my living room wall angrily
All my furniture downstairs was gone and I know Jeremiah's crackhead ass had something to do with it.
Nobody messes with anything that's mine, I could leave my front and back door wide open at night and nothing would happen because everybody knows how crazy I can get.
"Shawty calm down" Kevin sighs wrapping his arms around me tightly stopping me from swinging at him, he placed his head in the crook of my neck inhaling deeply "I'll replace everything, it's cool"
"No it's not cool, he's just gonna do it again!" I yelled as my left eye started twitching "just wait until I see him"
"Bestfriend, I know you don't wanna see me but I miss you, and—what the hell done happen here?" Lucky rambles looking around the living room then stops once he looks into my eyes "Ayo Kev you might wanna let her go, her eyes twitching she finna spaz"
"Listen to him" I nod trying to break free
"Hell no, remember what I told you the first night we chilled together?" Kevin shakes his head then kisses my cheek whispering "Ima die trying"
"Auntie, give me a hug" Hezekiah says coming down the stairs with Hercules beside him
"Let her go, she isn't gonna hurt the kid" Lucky taps Kevin's shoulder as Hezekiah made his way to me
Kevin released me backing up slowly eyeing me, Hercules rubbed his head against my stomach then pushed me causing me to fall on my ass. He laid against my lower half putting his head down. It's something he does to stop me from harming myself or others when I'm upset, this dog has saved a lot of people by doing this.
Hezekiah laid his tiny body against my upper half kissing my nose. Wrapping his arms around my neck he sighs softly.
After a while, I calmed myself down enough to think straight.
"I'm okay now" I smile faintly pushing his hair out of his face
"Have you been taking your meds?" Lucky questions picking Hezekiah up
"No" I shook my head sitting up, rubbing Hercule's head
"You need to start taking them again, when Mariah finds out you haven't been taking them she isn't going to let you have Hezekiah anymore until you do"
"I'll take it now" rolling my eyes I tapped Hercules side "I'm okay, get up"
He got up slowly looking over my body before licking my face, sitting on his back legs watching me.
I got up with him following me into the kitchen, taking out two pills I tossed them into my mouth chasing them down with tap water.
"I just took the afternoon pills, now give me back my nephew" I went over to Lucky with my arms out
"No, I gotta take back to my sister's house. Mariah has been telling me to pick up for the last two hours now" he swats my hands away
"Why she ain't text or call me? I could've taken him home" I frown taking a seat next to Kevin on the stairs
"Because you always tryna eat her pussy, every time y'all talk you tryna get her out her pants"
"It's not my fault she sexy" I mumble taking my nephew away from him "tell her to come to get him herself"
"Kennedy stop playing" Lucky groans picking up Hezekiah's overnight bag and car seat
"I hate y'all" smacking my lips I shook Hezekiah awake kissing his forehead "I'll see you Wednesday babycakes, give ya momma hell okay?"
"Okay, see you later auntie Kenny and uncle Kevin" Hezekiah hugs us both before taking Lucky's hand walking out the door
"You wanna stay at my place until I buy you new furniture?" Kevin mutters against my ear as he places a kiss behind it
"If that's fine with you" I nod leaning into him
"You know I don't mind, go pack a bag"
Running up the stairs with him behind me, I pulled out my overnight PINK bag tossing three outfits into it along with sleepwear and undergarments. Stuffing my toothbrush and toothpaste in the side pocket I shoved my bonnet in the other pocket.
Looking at Kevin questionable I gave him my bag as we went down the stairs.
"What's on ya mind Ken?" Kevin smacks his lips reading my facial expression, he's gotten good with it over the past few weeks
"Can we take Hercules? He is my emotional support dog" I mumble snapping my fingers signaling for Hercules to come to me
"He's not getting into my car"
"I'll take him in mines" I smile kissing Kevin's cheek but got pulled into another one as he gripped my butt
"Hurry up" he lets me go walking out the door, leaving it open
"Hercules, get your harness and leash" I command watching him head towards the laundry room. When he came he had both of them in his mouth.
Checking for everything I locked the door going to my truck, opening the back door Hercules climbed in dropping his belongings on the floor of the car.
"I gotta check on my kids at my baby momma house real quick, Ima send you my address" Kevin yells from his truck
"Alright, Ima check-in at the trap until you done, I ain't tryna be outside yo crib forevea"
