Has this ever happened to you that your very precious thing gets lost and you don't even know from where to begin the search?
I'm stuck at this moment! I don't know how comes I lost my purse.
I remember that I put it in my sling bag then nothing. How stupid of a person could ever do that! Ugh!
It's starting to get dark and I haven't even searched the whole damn park! How many places did I walk? I don't know! Dammit! I'm still scanning for it. I started my phone flash and took small steps to look for it.
It has been 3 hours since I left home. My legs started to hurt due to bending. I was squatting here and there to get a closer and clear look. I might have scanned the whole park.
Oh, God!
Where would be it has fallen? It was my last thing which I had of my mother's. I fell on the ground my elbows got bruised. It's hurt. It really hurts, everywhere. I raise and-
"-you don't think I don't know that? I exactly knew what was I doing Adam!"
I stilled, I heard that voice but I can't figure out whom it belongs to. I creep a bit ahead to peek.
"We were both drunk!" Another voice said, trying to calm the first one.
"It's bullshit!" Anger dripping from the tone which made me curious.
"Why are you being this difficult? What do-"
"Fine! We were drunk but what about Saturday night?"
Why do I want to see who are they? I mean curiosity was never a good thing for me this far but regardless I walked a little more.
Still can't see them clearly.
"What about it?"
"Stop shitting me! You fucking know what happened that night and we were not drunk."
It was Carter.
And someone he called Adam, whom I actually know. Adam is a basketball player in our school.
"Stop it! Carter! I don't want to talk about that. It was the heat of the moment nothing el-"
"You saying fucking me twice is just a matter of the heat of the moment? Really-"
"Stop saying it out loud! Someone might-" Adam said.
"WHAT?!!"
I was in such a shock that I can't decipher I said it out loud and they both are now looking at me. Adam eyed me up and down before muttering profanities and Carter, he just stares at me.
"We are done here. If you ever contact me then I'm going to leak that damn video! And for God's sake, handle this." He looked at me again and walked away.
After a few moments,
Carter ran after him. I'm really interrupting them, they might be going to kiss each other now and I don't want to corrupt my mind by-
Carter punched him! He punched Adam in the face! Holy shit! Adam knocked down, cursing Carter.
I'm definitely interrupting their moment.
And then Carter looked at me.
I don't know what to do. Do I have to say something because he looks terrifying right now?
First, he punched the guy he probably likes the most. Second, he knew that now I know his secret and most important he's moving towards me.
