Chapter 7: Home

Katherine's POV

I arrived at my old pack house, walked in and went straight to my old room. I dropped my stuff off and walked to my best friend Jessica's room

(Knocks on door) "Jess are you in there I need to talk to you"

(Door opens) Jess was wearing a long sleeve shirt and black shorts with her hair in a messy bun.

"yeah girl come in. Where have you been? How are you and your mate doing" Jess said while walking me to her bed.

"Uhh we've been good. I need to talk to someone who knows my past. "

"Yeah girl, what about it. " Jess said with concern

"I want to tell Jax about it but I'm afraid he will reject me." I said scared

"Why would he reject you? I mean yeah you've had a rough past but that's all" Jess said

"Rough you call getting abused by your father and uncle and getting molested by your uncle and then seeing your cousin who was 6 get killed in front of you and you call all of that rough. " I said a little frustrated

"Well when you say it like that it sounds bad. But how are you going to tell him like hey this is what happened in my past. " Jess said

"No I don't know but he deserves to know. Right now me and him are in a fight. He is being possessive all the time and constantly trying to tell me what to do. It Aggravates me sometimes."

"Yeah but he is your mate and he is an alpha. " Jess said

"So you think that if I ask Jax you could become a member of his pack? " I asked

"Kat I don't know if I can do that. You see, my family is here, my life is here. " Jess said sadly

"Yeah but as long as you stay here you won't find your mate. Maybe if you come live with me at the Crescent Moon Pack house you can find your mate. I can talk to my parents and more than likely they will let you go. Please do this for me. I will lose my mind if I stay there with him and no friends there. " I said pleading

"Oh alright but you owe me one. Now go talk to them I'll start packing. How long are you planning to stay here? " Jess said

"A few days just so I can calm down. Oh yeah so I straight punched Jax and broke his nose. " I said

"Oh my god Kat really why that's bad you shouldn't do that. " Jess said concerned

"Well Jax wouldn't let me go so I told him I would straight punch him if he didn't and he said I wouldn't straight punch him so I did. " I said

"Oh my god you're going to regret that. " Jess said

"I know but it's ok, Sky is upset about it but she will get over it. Ok I'm going to go take care of the moving to my new packs house stuff"

"Ok see you later" Jess said

"Bye."

So I left and headed to my parents house that is on the territory grounds.

I got to my parents house . My brother Dylan ran out of the house right into my arms. We stood there for a couple of minutes hugging. Then my parents came out and Dylan moved and my parents gave me a hug.

"Hi guys I've missed you" I said lovingly

"Hi sweetie, how are you and your mate Jax doing? " My mom asked

"We got into a fight so I'm going to stay at the pack house for a few days. " I said

"Oh well no you can stay here at home with us. " Mom said insisting

"No mom, I can stay at the pack house. But that's not why I came here. I came here to ask if Jess and Megan could come to my new pack? " I asked

"Absolutely not, they will stay in this pack with their families! " My dad yelled

"Please dad I really need them and I can't bare it without them. " I asked pleading

"Fine if it's ok with their families " Dad said

"Yay thank you thank you thank you" I said excitedly

"Now go and tell them. " My mom said

So I ran and ran and ran when I got back to the pack house I ran inside and ran to Jess's room where I knew Jess and Megan were.

"Guess what you guys are coming with me to my new pack house. My parents agreed though I haven't talked to Jax but he will have to let you guys in or I'm not going to stay there with him. " I said

"Really yes" Jess and Megan said.

"Ok hurry up and pack you two I'm going to go back to my pack's pack house and get my car and be back and we will go back to my pack and you guys can get rooms near me and jax's. " I said excitedly

I ran out of the room and headed to my pack, the Crescent Moon Pack.
