"Are you a poster?" Crowley suggested, as he had been with lousy pick-up lines all morning.

"No, Crowley."

"Because I really want to pin you up against the wall," he giggled.

"Come on, there are way better ones out there," Aziraphale smiled, looking over his novel.

"Are you my appendix? Because I don't know how you work but a weird feeling in my stomach makes me want to take you out."

Aziraphale fought hard to keep a straight face, setting his book on his lap as he gave all his attention to Crowley.

"That is quite possibly the weirdest and most carefully thought out pick-up line I have ever heard," he applauded.

"You don't have any?"

"Are you a baker?"

Crowley strengthened his gaze and nodded.

"Because I need you to knead me. I wanted you yeast-erday, and I am seriously pie-ning for you today. But I know, deep down, that oven-tually we will get together."

"Splendid," he nodded, eyebrows raised in surprise and acknowledging defeat. "I'm all yours now."

"Giving up so soon? I know you had way more up your sleeve."

"Alright, wait, so it's like this: CO2? More like C your O2's..." he trailed off into confused thought. "Or let me C your O2's?"

Aziraphale stared at him, utterly lost.

"You know what, I tried," Crowley surrendered, earning a loving smile from Aziraphale.

"Angel, you ought to join me since I definitely did my part trying to convince you to like me."

"Crowley, if you think I'm going to run off in the middle of a war-"

"We don't have to leave now," he pleaded. "You can stop living in the cramped apartment in your bookstore for now and come join me in my place? Then, after we sort out the row between upstairs and downstairs, we can go off together! Think how much better your angelic little life would be!"

"Are you suggesting we live together until the war is over?"

"And then running off! Are you open to trying?"

"For the former, I suppose so," Aziraphale smiled softly at Crowley, thinking about the possible positive outcomes and rationalised the situation.

"Okay, Crowley," Aziraphale firmly stated as he stood up. "A couple of small miracles to help move things and we and see how it goes, as a trial?"

"Let's go," Crowley affirmed, standing up to help his angel.
